TheoutdoorWCPisanIP67sealedmanualcallpointproduct.Theenhancedenvironmentalprotectionallowstheunittobeinstalledinmanyexternalenvironmentswherewateranddirtarelikelytobepresent,makingitatruewaterproofandoutdoorproduct.

Installationtimeandultimatelycost,areofparamountimportancetoanyfireorsecurityinstaller.TheWCPrangedirectlyreflectsthisneedbyprovidingaunique‘plugandplay’conceptdesignedspecificallytoreduceinstallationtime.AllnewWCPproductsutiliseaspecialterminalblock,whereallinitialinstallationcablingisterminated.ThisterminalblockisthensimplyconnectedtothebackoftheWCP.Simple,buteffectivewithnore-terminationrequiredandnotimewasted.Inaddition,allWCPproductsaresuppliedwiththreestandard20mmknockoutsforcableentries,accommodatingalltypesofsurfacewiringinstallations.

Bothbreakglassandre-settableoperatingelementscannowbeusedwithinamanualcallpoint.Toprovideyouwiththegreatest‘flex-ability’,thenewWCPrangecanbeconfiguredaseitherabreakglassorre-settableunitbysimplychangingfromoneelementtoanother.Nootheradditionalpartsoralternativeproductsneedtobeordered.

AllWCPOutdoorCallPointproductsalsohelppreservetheintegrityoftheoverallsystemasillegalremovaloftheproductlidwillresultinthecallpointoperatingandthesystemgoingintoalarm.

AllWCP2productsaresuppliedwithanLEDindicatorasstandard.

TheWCP2Aproductversionissuppliedwithbotharesistorandnormallyopen,cleancontactelectricaloptions.TheseoptionsaresimpilyutilisedbyattachingtheterminalblocktotherequiredconnectioninthebackoftheWCPproduct.Avarietyofresistsorvaluesareavailablebyrequest,with470Wofferedasstandard.
