Rules and InstructionsFor High School Seniors

Scholarship Amount: $500.00

Sponsored by: Wayne County Conservation District

Eligibility: Applicant must be a high school senior planning to enter college the next regular semesterfollowing high school graduation. Preference will be towards students planning to study Agriculture -specifically Natural Resources Conservation, however all students are welcome to apply. Applicants must beenrolled full-time in college at the time the scholarship is presented.

Instructions:

1. Each application must be entirely completed.

2. A copy of applicant's high school transcript must be attached.

3. The completed applications along with required attachments are to be submitted(By mail or in person) to:

4. All applications must be postmarked or delivered to the office no later than April 16, 2013.

5. Winner along with his or her respective high school will be notified by mail May, 2013.

6. Scholarship will be awarded when proof of full-time enrollment (such as class schedule) is presented.
