Wayne County 4-H Project Guidelines Still, FCS and Small Animal 1.) Members must participate in a county Interview/Judging to exhibit at the Fair. Entries for the Fair MUST be made by CLASS NUMBER, not Project Number. Refer to Jr. Fair Handbook for class entry listings and numbers. 2.) Still Project members who participate in the Early July Judging, and are NOT displaying their exhibit in a club booth, MUST bring their exhibit to the Junior Fair Building on August 11 from 6:30 until 8:30 p.m. Please be sure to bring your ribbons, we recommend you put your name on the back of each ribbon. 3.) State Fair Selection for projects that offer State Fair Competition will take place at the July 9 and 13 judging. All county events offer the member the opportunity to receive an Outstanding Project award in their project area. 4.) To participate in the State Fair with Small Animals visit http://4hansci.osu.edu/companion to find entry forms, rules, and information 5.) Make sure all posters have the members name, club, and project printed on the front of the poster. Foam Board is not permitted to be used on any exhibit at the fair. 6.) Small animals may be present at both Still Projects judging events. 7.) Each club will receive premiums on more than two club/group projects. Wayne County 4-H Project Guidelines Still, FCS and Small Animal

1.) Members must participate in a county Interview/Judging to

2.)
