Country Christmas Nelson Wide Awake 4-H Club will be hosting their Christmas Get-together.
There is something for the whole family to enjoy so go check it out!
Saturday, December 1st
3-6 p.m.
“Old Godahl Store” in Godahl, MN.
Bring a pair of mittens for the mitten tree. Items will be donated to those
in need.
Santa visit
Bake Sale with lefsa, pies, donuts and more
Create a Christmas craft
Enjoy Christmas snacks
4-H Ornaments for Sale, only $5! Supplies are limited so hurry fast to get your 4-H ornament!
We have 4-H ornaments for sale if you’re searching for a
great stocking stuffer. The ornaments have no year
printed on them and they are gorgeous!
Grab your ornament before they’re gone! Call 507-375-
1275 or email [email protected] to check if ornaments
are still available. We can drop it in your club box to be given to you at
your next 4-H club meeting. Office hours are Monday-Friday 9 am to 5 pm.

Club Gatherings Outside of the Community club All 4-H gatherings outside of your community club
events need to be approved and notices sent out
through the Extension office.
Community club events-your members cannot
participate in club activities outside of regular
meetings until they have re-enrolled. If you are
planning an event outside of your regular club
meeting, check if you should be requesting
additional insurance.
DO NOT FORGET to inform the office of your
meetings and activities! Please be aware of the 4-H
risk management policy when you are planning an
event.
Club Information Needed
Please send a list of your organizational leaders,
advisory board rep. and officers to the Extension
office for 2018-2019 as soon as possible.
UPCOMING MEETINGS & EVENTS
Cloverbud December Meeting (Grades K-2)
“5 Senses of the Holidays”
We’ll be having games, snacks and crafts related to 5
senses of the Holiday. Invite your friends to join
Cloverbuds.

Tween Club (Grades 3-6)
This club is for 4-H members in grades 3-6 who
enjoy crafts, games and community service. If you
are interested in checking out this group, enroll
online and come to the next meeting.
Meetings/activities are held about every other month.

Cake & Cookie Fun
Perfect time to learn how to make fun cakes and
cookies for you to take home to enjoy! Let us know
by January 4th if you plan to attend.
