POLY TI 150 is based on pure elastomeric hydrophobic polyurethane resins, which result in excellent mechanical, chemical, thermal, UV and natural element resistance properties.
Cures by reaction with ground and air moisture.

DIRECTIONS FOR USEApplication Points1. Base surface requirement: dry, clean and non-
pollution2. Application tools: cutting machine, blower,
pouring equipment, brush, shovel knife etc.
Application methods1. Application slot cutting: Use the cutting machine
to cut good application slot according to the designing and planning, with the application tools such as blower, brush, shovel knife, to remove the dust and debris, and sufficiently drying.
2. The liner material placement: Put the polyethylene foam strip slightly larger than the gap into the application slot, the depth is according to the application condition.
3. Application: Put the sealant into the pouring equipment, the extruding sealant hose go deep into the bottom of slot, then inject the sealant to the application slot
4. Reserve gap: The application joint will expand with temperature changing, therefore, after application, the sealant should be lower than the road surface. In summer: 2-3cm, In winter: 1-2mm.
5. Maintenance to tack free time, In summer: about 6 hours, In winter: about 12 hours.
Attention of operation1. Before application, should guarantee that the
sealant is in the warranty period.2. This product is innocuous after curing completely,
but before curing, please avoid to touch with eyes and skin. In case of contact with eyes and skin, wash immediately and thoroughly with soap and water If the situation is serious, please go to hospital.

CAUTION- Direct contact with uncured sealant irritates eyes
and may irritate skin. Over exposure to vapour may irritate nose and throat.
- Avoid eye and skin contact. Use with adequate ventilation.
- Do not handle contact lenses with sealant on hand. In case of eye contact, flush eyes with plenty of fresh water for 15 minutes and obtain medical attention.
- In case of skin contact, remove from skin and flush with water.
- Keep out of reach of children. Consult material safety data sheet (msds) to know more about handling and safe usage.
