Accommodation ranges from compact and bijou in Waterlodge ONE, to incredibly spacious at the larger end withWaterlodge SIX, which has the option of up to four bedrooms. For all lodges, you enter the light andairy saloon lounge through slidingdouble-glazed patio doors from the boarding deck to find there’s plenty of space for dining and lounging furniture.Whether relaxing or entertaining, you’ll never get bored of the ever-changing panoramic view.
There’s a fully fitted galley kitchen, with a choice of kitchen cupboard and work-top finishes, standard gas or electric hob* plus fridge/freezer, microwave and optional dishwasher.Bedrooms come equipped with bedside lights, and space for proper beds andallocated wardrobe space.Some even open out onto a private deck of their own. Luxurious shower rooms come with qual-ity sanitary ware, heated towel rail and optional space for a washing machine.
Outside, open deck areas at both ends provide space for outdoor furniture, and the optional staircase to the roof terrace creates acres of open air space to enjoy the views and chill out in the sun.You can even add a hot tub up there!
CONSTRUCTION. Hand-built in Poland, meeting all UK and EU regulatory require-ments for floating pleasure craft ensuring strict safety and design criteria are met.
The structure is supported by two or three
Rotomoulded Polyethylene floats withinternal compartments and foam inject-ed. These really are virtually unsinkable!
The floats also provide space for internal fresh water and waste water tanks.The house construction is of pres-sure-treated timber, with UV-stable PVC external weatherboard cladding in a choice of colours, marine-grade Stainless Steel*** external deck fixtures andrailings, constructed on a galvanised steel frame.
Waterlodge is environmentally friendly, with generous thermal insulation, dou-ble-glazed windows, and a state-of-the-art gas or electric central heating system, which all helps to keep running costs low.
An optional “Off Grid” pack adds enough solar panels and power generation to allow the boat to be self-sufficient for electricity when required. You can enjoy the tranquillity of a mooring in the middle of a scenic harbour, far from the crowds yet offering all the luxuries of home.
