The number of water main breaks has been decreasing.
Some good news about water main breaks: their
number has been steadily decreasing
About 90 percent of our 171 reservoirs
are in good condition
Build additional storage in ‘Ewa-Waipahu,
Honolulu, and Wai‘anae areas
Replace two reservoirs
Renew/replace high priority pipelines
and install new pipelines to add capacity in areas of greatest growth
It will define and sequence projects, including cost estimates
