WATER FlLTRAnON MEDIA Kinetico Inc., Newbury, Ohio Kinetic's Macrolite technology is a highly effective water filtration media that remove suspended sol- ids as small as 3 microns. It is unique in shape, surface condition, and size. The rounded shape provides a relatively uniform matrix of interstitial passages between media granules. These uniform passages are key to the media's outstanding flow versus removal relationship. The rough textured surface physically captures small and midsized particles as the water passes through the media bed. The media are available in a variety of sizes and can be customized to meet special applica- tions requirements. Circle 158 on reader information card FILTER PRESS U.S. FilterlJWI, Holland, Mich.
