• 1960so Long Hot Summer of 1962o Mother’s March on City Hall

• Westminster secures Standley Lakeo 1969 - Westminster builds Semper Water Treatment Facility

• 1990s – England Facility decommissioned

• Early 2000so Northwest Water Treatment Facility comes online
