Robotics Camp(2016-2017) incoming 4th, 5th and 6th grade students.If your child is interested in learning how to build and program a Lego Robot to complete challenges then this is the class for you. Students will be lead by two Jemtegaard Robotics teachers and will explore robotics with Jemtegaard Robotics Club members. Students will learn to use a color and distance sensor, move an arm, turn, and dance. All camp proceeds go directly into funding the JMS First Lego League Robotics Club.• Students will be partnered. On-line Classes and Career CoursesHundreds of instructor-facilitated online courses to choose from. Courses are informational, convenient, and highly interactive. Students can complete any course from their home or office, any time of the day or night. Instructors create warm and supportive communities for learners. All courses run for six weeks with a two-week grace period. Courses are project-oriented and include lessons, quizzes, hands-on assignments, discussion areas, supplementary links, and more. WCER is a department of the Washougal School District and receives funding from the City of Washougal. Our goal is to meet the needs of east county citizens, of all ages, with quality educational and recreational programs. WCER wants to bring your skills and expertise to your friends and neighbors through the use of your local school facilities. Limited Class SizesClasses have an enrollment minimum and maximum. Please register early. If a class does not meet the mimimum requirement, it will be canceled. Students received a full refund or class credit if minimum is not met. Once the maximum enrollment is reached, class registration is closed.
