It is very important that we do all we can to restrict the spread of illnesses and infections at school. For this reason, if your child has had a temperature, diarrhoea and/or vomiting, please inform our School Nurse, Ms. Granado, on the number below, or by calling our Reception Desk.
Pupils with a temperature of 37.5C and above should be kept home from school. Please keep your children at home for 48 hours after they have recovered from their illness.
Covid-19
During the Covid-19 crisis and until further notice, every pupil must bring their home temperature record form into school with them every day.
Pupils should wear a face mask while on school premises.

Home-Packed Lunch and Snacks
Water Bottles
For the remainder of the school year, pupils should bring a healthy, packed lunch to school each day.
Please do not include, sweets, �zzy drinks, chocolate, or any kind of nut product in your child’s break-time snack. Please note that our school is a nut-free environment.
Pupils are able to bring a healthy snack from home for break-time.

We recommend that pupils use a named water bottle, as plain and undecorated as possible. Water is freely available from coolers in multiple locations about the school at any time of the day.

The school has a Mandatory School Bus Policy. We would encourage parents to sign up to our School Bus, operated by Essex Services.
Please �nd the School Bus Routes at the back of the Handbook.
All pupils are required to declare their mode of transportation to and from school. Please complete and hand-in the Mandatory School Bus Policy Declaration Form to the o�ce.
Mandatory School Bus Declaration form applications and school bus routes will be provided through your student checklist. Please contact Mr. Jason Yu for any questions you may have regarding our school bus services.
If you should ever need to drive to the School, please park in the “Smart Island South” multi-storey carpark ($10/0.5hr) or in one of the local authorized parking facilities. Please ensure that you do not inhibit the �ow of tra�c on the road outside the School.

Collecting Pupils
All pupils will be handed over to parents carefully and individually at collection time, whether on a bus or at school. Parents are asked to be patient whilst groups of children are handed over to those who collect them individually.
Parents who authorize other people to collect their children for them will need to request for a Student Pick-up Card. Everyone who collect a child will need to show the Student Pick-up Card in order to allow the school member of sta� to hand the child to the care of a person.
If there is to be any change to the normal collection routine for any child, the change must be communicated by the parent to the School as early as possible.

Tuition fees
Annual Tuition Fees
Our Annual tuition fees for the 2021-2022 Academic Year are:
Rules & Procedures In order to con�rm a place for a new pupil, a non-refundable, non-transferrable advance payment of HK$18,800/$19,800 for tuition fees is required. It will be o�set from the �rst month tuition fees attended by the pupil.
Tuition fee Invoices are emailed to Parents on or before 23rd of each month. Tuition fee must be settled by the 10th day of the following month.
Payment must be made before the due date. In cases of late or partial payment, interest will be charged on the outstanding.
Tuition fees can be paid via the following options:

All letters, newsletters, and other written information to parents will be sent by the school in English. Should any parent require assistance in understanding/translation of the contents, please contact the School.

ECA Bus Guideline 課後活動校車須知
Please inform the School and the bus company one month in advance if you would like to cancel the school bus services.如需要退搭校車，請於一個月前通知學校及校車公司。
There are only 2 routings to the main drop-off points for ECA buses. Door-to-door service is not available. 課後活動車有兩條路線行經主要中心點，並未有提供點到點校車服務。
ECA Buses are only available for pupils who take the round-trip service. 課後活動車只適用於雙程收費的學生。
Parents should confirm with the school in advance which ECA bus route their child will take. 家長請先與學校確認學生所乘搭的課後活動車路線。
Bus arrival times may be delayed due to traffic conditions or other ECA arrangements. 到站時間或會因應交通情況稍作延遲或因應課後活動而有所調整。
All bus fares are reviewed and confirmed by the bus company. There are 10.5 months of charges during each academic year. Invoices will be issued accoding to the school terms. (i.e. Autumn Term from August, Winter Term from January, Summer Term from April)校車收費由校車公司釐定，每年將收取10.5個月車費，並根據學校學期而繳交 (一般為八月、十二月、及四月)
Please show your pickup card to the bus person in charge (bus mother) when you pick up your child at the stop. 家長接送學生時請出示接送咭以便確認。
The bus schedule of AY21/22 is arranged based of the bus route from AY20/21, the final version will be reviewed according to bus applications received.二一至二二年度校車站點是根據去年站點作為基礎，新學年校車站點將會按報名情況而作調整。
ECA Buses are only available when ECAs are in session.課後活動車只於有課後活動的日子提供服務。
The routes are set at the beginning of the academic year. For pupils who have moved or who have joined the school mid-way through the year, the company will attempt to adjust the drop-off point schedule to the nearest existing stop, or to allocate you to a different bus if space is available. 行車路線將於每學年開始釐定，學生因搬遷或加入將視乎座位情況而安排於現有或途經站點上落。
If a change to your bus routine is required for more than two days, parents are required to pay an extra 75% of the normal bus fare of the original bus to reserve your bus seat.如轉乘其他路線多於兩天，則需繳付該路線站點的百分之七十五。以預留座位予該學生。
Drop-off times are for reference only and may be delayed due to daily traffic conditions or ECA arrangement. 下車時間或會因應交通情況稍作延遲或因應課後活動而有所調整。
Single-trips are only available in the morning for school. The round-trip fare will be charged for pupils who take a return-trip only option after school. 單程收費只適用於早上校車服務。若學生只選乘回程服務，則需繳付雙程車資。
If you need to make a change to your school bus service routine on a particular day, please inform the school 24 hours in advance. Please refer to the "Change on Daily School Bus Schedule" below. (Each request is subject to seat availability on the bus and each pupil can only use the change of service no more than two times each month). 如需於個別日子要求校車服務或轉線，必須不少於一個工作天前通知學校，否則將不獲受理。有關安排請參閱「更改每日校車程序」。 (視乎校車有否足夠座位及每位乘搭校車學生使用服務每月不多於兩日並以每日計算)。
Siblings can enjoy extra discounted fare. 15% off discount to 2 siblings . 30% off discount is offered to 3 or more siblings. (Bus fare will be adjusted to the nearest upward amount)兄弟姐妹可享額外折扣。兩個將提供八五折，三個或以上將提供七折優惠。 (價格將會上調至最接近的整數)
The listed information is for reference only. The actual time and locations will be confirmed by the bus company / bus driver. 以下資料只供參考，實際時間及地點以校車公司 / 車長與家長聯繫為準。
The bus stop / services time / bus fare are subject to review and may be adjusted by the school bus company during each academic year. 校車站/到站時間/車費將會每年由校車公司作出檢討及調整。
Pick up and drop-off points will remain unchanged unless there is prior notice from the School.如沒有特別說明，返學及放學位置相同。
The bus will depart as scheduled at the time given each morning. Please arrive at the bus stop 5 minutes before bus arrives. 校車早上會按時開出而不作另行通知，請於上述時間5分鐘前到巴士站候車。
A single-trip fare is charged at 25% of the round-trip service fare. (Bus fare will be adjusted to the nearest upward amount)單程收費為雙程車資的百分之七十五。(價格將會上調至最接近的整數)
