DESCRIPTION OF AMENDMENT
1.) Revise Section 014000 Revision 2, "Quality Assurance," Paragraph 4.1, "Price-Anderson Amendments Act Requirements," of the State of Work, "TOC Tank Farms Construction Blanket Master Agreement (BMA), Revision 0, dated October 10, 2018 to state:

To: 4.1 Price-Anderson Amendments Act Requirements - The subcontractor shall comply with Article 2.11 entitled, Price-Anderson Amendments Act (P AAA), contained in the General Provisions and shall have a process in place to ensure that noncompliance documentation that affects work performed for WRPS, is submitted to WRPSP [email protected]. Subcontractor personnel shall be trained to the nuclear safety rules consistent with their specific position and assigned work.

3.) Replace Section E On-Site Supplemental Work Provisions Rev. 3 dated 08/09/2016 with Section E On-Site Supplemental Work Provisions Rev. 4 dated 12/03/2018 and add "SUBCONTRACTOR Employee Termination Form," (See Attachments 4 & 5)
4.) Change proposal due date from January 03, 2018 to January 03, 2019@4:00 PM PST in the General Instructions to Offerors, Paragraph 1.4 Proposal Schedule Table and Paragraph 1.6, Proposal Due Date.
