Saladmaster Rally

Customer Letter

My wife purchased the cookware while we were living in Hawaii and due to my being gone in the Navy. I had not had the

opportunity to view the presentation. This was back about 14 years ago.

Even though at first when my wife told me she had purchased the cookware and how much she paid for it I was kind of

shocked and objected to the price with out actually seeing the cookware and how it cooked.

Upon returning home, I had the opportunity to see the cookware being used, and how it was made. But I was still skepti-

cal about why it cost so much. I started using the cookware and noticed how the food seemed to have a better quality to it

and tasted better. Plus it is easy to clean up after using the cookware and the food is cooked more effortlessly.

Until my wife purchased the cookware we seemed to be buying new cookware every 2 or 3 years and added pieces to what

we already had. Now since purchasing the cookware, we have not had any other brand of cookware other than Salad Mas-

ter, no real need to buy any more as Salad Master does exactly what it advertises to do.

One more thing, due to the lifetime warranty, a couple of years back we had issues with the handle on the large skillet my

wife purchased. We contacted someone at Salad Master (I think it was a Rep in Hawaii) and told them of the problem and

they shipped us a brand new skillet (the new style with the removable handles) we have had no problems with the skillet

since replacing it.

I would highly recommend this cookware to anyone, it is well worth the money spent to acquire it and will last a lifetime.
