San Juan High School ERP Paving Addendum No.: 01 Bid Package 16-123 May 6, 2016 SJUSD Project #201-9716-N1 File No. N/A San Juan Unified School District Application No. N/A To all bidders for furnishing all labor and materials necessary and required for constructing the above referenced project. This Addendum has been prepared to clarify, modify, delete, or add to the original or previously modified Bid Date for the above referenced project. Revisions to item listed here shall supersede description thereof prior to above date. All conditions not specifically referenced here shall remain the same. It is the obligation of the General Contractor to make subcontractors aware of any items herein that may affect submitted bids. Acknowledge receipt of all Addenda by inserting the addendum number and date in the space provided on the Bid Form. Failure to do so may subject Bidder to disqualification. All addenda items refer to the Specifications and Drawings unless specifically noted otherwise. ITEM NO.
GENERAL CLARIFICATIONS AD1.01 The bid date has been changed to a TBD date once the construction plans have received
DSA approval.
SPECIFICATIONS AD1.02 Section 32 31 13, Chain Link Fences and Gates:
1. Paragraph 2.01.A.2: Replace with “Non-Slatted Fabric: Standard Industrial grade, 2” mesh, 9 gauge zinc coated steel wire unless otherwise noted on the plans, top selvage twisted tight, bottom selvage knuckled end closed.”
2. Paragraph 3.01.F: Replace with “install center and bottom brace rail at corners and gate leaves.”
3. Paragraph 3.01.K. Replace with “Install bottom tension wire stretched taut between terminal and line posts.”
