Detective RICHARD S. SWAIN, JR ., Dallas PoliceDepartment, advised that shortly after the shooting 40JACK,RUBY of 1.19 HARVEY OSWALD on November 94, 1963, he had beeninstruatr4 to proceed to a parking lot located on the north-west corner of Main and Pearl Streets where RUBY had parkedhis vehicle, described by SWAIN an a 1960 white, two doorOldsmobile . After arriving at the place where the vehicle wasparked, SWAIN and other detectives proceeded to oxamine thevehicle and located the key to the trunk in the glove compart-ment along with identification papers for JACK RUBY as well asother items, and on opening the trunk found the ignition key andnumerous other papers belonging apparently to RUBY as wy.ll as apaper sack which contained $837.50 .
In addition, there'werelocated in the trunk two pair of aluminum knuckles and variousitems of advertising and SWAIN advised such items were broughtto the Homicide and Robbery Division of the Dallas Police De-partment and subsequently lodged in the property roam of theDallas Police Department under look and key .

Detective ROBE made available the items being held bythe Dallas Police Department and among, these items were observedthe following:

Detective ROSE stated he and Detectives B . N .NOORE and J . P . ADANCIK obtained a search warrant onNovember 24, 1963, from Judge JPS B . BROWN, JR ., forthe search of RUBY's apartment incidental to the murderof LEE HARVEY OSWALD by RUBY on November 24, 1909 .
ROSE stated be and Detectives NOORE andADANCIK were looking for any polltical,pamphlets orinformation, correspondence or other material whichmay be construed as possible evidence in connectionwith the murder charges against RUBY .
ROSE produced a cloth sack containing $125 .39which money was found scattered in a dresser drawerand in a closet in the bedroom occupied by RUBY .The =125 .39 consisted of the following denoolaatlossof money .
