    Disney was a favorite with kids, but what

    when they grew up? Therefore, Disney

    Acquired Marvel.

    Disneys has a cultural difference with Marvel.

    Warner didnt have the issue. Both had a dark

    and gutsy image.

    Marvel made a JOKER out of Warner, where

    DC played the second fiddle.

    Freeze! (Thats good only in the movies!)

    Warner bros. copied Disney but was unable to replicatethe success, because:

    They thoughtMajboori necessitates change. Disneyhad a culture of continual change, not necessity.

    Organizations preach change, mean cost reduction.

    Remember, you cant save your way to success.

    LPs can be identified.

    The most interesting part comes here. Warner

    was changed by a lady Diane Nelson, who

    made provisions for forming DCE and its

    greater autonomy.

    The twist is that Diane came from none other

    than theWalt Disney company where she

    worked as the Head of national promotions.
