WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENTThe FusionWMS offers an embedded warehouse management solution which integrates hand held devices and shipping with sales order, inventory and purchase orders to the MYOB Advanced marketplace. Manage Inventory and Warehouse Operations locally while keeping back office operations in the cloud.
Light FootprintNo on site software other than what resides on the RF devices or ship terminal.
Real-Time Integration
All devices communicate in real time. No syncing. No duplicate database or re-entry of data.
Barcode Receiving
Accurately receive Purchase Orders or Transfer Orders from the RF device without logging into MYOB Advanced. FusionWMS handles quarantined receipts as well as receipts directly to stock bins.
Assisted Put-Away
Separate receiving from put-away without sacrificing accuracy. The RF device will assist with warehourse optimization.
Bin Check / Item Check
From the RF device scan any bin to view the contents or scan any item to find its location throughout the warehouse.
Independent Transfers
At any time, from the RF device, execute a one-step transfer and update MYOB Advanced in real time. Move items from the dock to a fork lift to a stock bin for complete accuracy and transparency.
Serial and Lot Traceability
FusionWMS RF devices know when handling a lot or serial tracked item and require proper identification for receipts, moves, or shipments.
Barcode Printing
Trivial, yes, but essential. User friendly UI for printing handles bin labels, item labels, etc., in any quantity, in any format.
Paper or Paperless Pick
Flexible pick disciplines allow either printed pick tickets or paperless picks.
Integrated Ship Station
Scale and printer integration at the packing function allow for automated carrier integration.
Physical Count Real-time integration with MYOB Advanced physical and cycle counts.

MODULE DESCRIPTION
Enhanced Picking
The addition of Zones and independent pick sequencing allows for more sys-tematic pick processes.
Bin Volume Constraints
Adding Max and Min volume constraints to bins allows for predictive inven-tory movements to meet requirements for shipments or transfers without the requirement for accessing bulk storage.
Down Stock / Restock
For environments which utilize pick or flow racks and overstock areas, this utility allows for intuitive restocking of the pick bins to Max capacity or even more if needed to meet shipping requirements for user defined time horizons.
Enhance UOMFusionWMS - Advanced adds the ability to create unique barcodes to identify each UOM for a given product. This lays the foundation for segregating picks between the flow racks and bulk storage.
Inventory Allocation Priority
Scarce inventory can be allocated to priority customers quickly and easily.
Pick PriorityWhen using paperless picking, FusionWMS - Advanced can allow expedited picks to be loaded on the RF device before normal picks and immediate picks before expedited.
Pick StatusThe pick status can be monitored from within MYOB Advanced because Fusion-WMS Advanced has added a pick status function. This also allows for collection of pick performance data such as picks per minute, picks per hour, etc.
License Plating
Build collections of items on pallets or in containers which can all be managed from scanning the one License Plate label. This is ideal for pre-assembly of shipments or managing bulk inventory.
Pick to PalletFusionWMS allows for putting items in pallets or containers while picking. This expedites the shipping process.
Pack ContentsFusionWMS expands MYOB Advanced to include recognition of package con-tents necessary for international and detailed local shipments.
