With the ever devel-oping technological lifestyle and the ability to work from anywhere, they inherently require multiplicity - function, utility, organization, durability and the ability to define a look. Influenced by the design principles of Dieter Rams, the collection is simple yet functional, modern yet time-less, long-lasting and sustainable.

The Autumn/Winter collection from luxury travel accessories brand WANT Les Essentiels de la Vie brings with it duality, versatility and adaptability. Driven by the need for perma-nence in an ever-evolving environment, the new collection offers a seamlessness of narrative from past collections. Perennial pieces are refined and re-imagined, and the key characteristics of the brand have been deconstructed to create a new line of acces-sories including slippers, bracelets and gloves.

Inspired by the longevity, functionality, mobility and art of mid-century design and architecture, WANT Les Essentiels de la Vie has created a collection that reflects these characteristics and enables us to influence our environment and our identity.

This season the leitmotif is duality. The mixing of materials; leather with suede, organic cot-ton with waxed cotton and wool with leather, gives the collection texture and high utility. Italian wool-blend bags are reversible with interchangeable handles; leather bracelets

are two sided and bi-coloured and zippered travel slippers undo to pack flat. The key characteristics of the brand, including the gold and silver zipper, are present on all pieces and continue the brand’s ideology of unity through contrast.

WANT Les Essentiels de la Vie has taken its global concept a step further by introducing an exclusive range of leather goods handcrafted by skilled artisans in Japan. Constructed from the finest materials that only improve with age, WANT Les Essentiels de la Vie goods are meticulously crafted from the finest grade leather and 100% organic cotton, so you can wander the globe with style, efficiency, and a clear conscience. Custom interior pockets are measured to perfectly hold items such as passports, travel wallets, smartphones and laptop computers and each style has been carefully thought out to function individually and collectively, in harmony with your daily needs and wants.
