APPLICATION
Shahrokhi wall type registers & grilles are
designed to suit H.V.A.C. applications where
a high side wall or exposed duct is required.These registers used for adjusting air flow
patterns of airconditioned spaces and yet
with an architectural appearance.Shahrokhi wall type registers & grilles with
one or two way adjustable blades used for
supply, return or exhaust air.
DESCRIPTION
Multi parallel and adjustable blades with
aerofoil section of blades which construct in
one or two row(stage) allow a smooth and
uniform pressure drop applications.Adjustable horizontal or vertical blades can
be supplied to control the air flow pattern in
either the horizontal or vertical planes.
BLADES
Blades may be fixed at any position as
optional during construction which named
fixed type. Either the blades may be moved
at any position which adjust manualy and
named moved type.

FRAME
Four types of frames are available up on
request (figure 2).Select the type of frame is relative to
installation of grilles location.
Three types of blades used (figure 1).Nylon busing or line spring are used to
seperate the blades from the frame to
eliminate rattling and to provide positive
tension when adjusting them.

The (figure 4) shows the air flow pattern for
different blades setting. It is noted that the
throw and drop will decrease as the angle of
the deflection increased.The blades will affect the spread as fallows: a) For 0 deg deflection (straight) angle, the
total spread of the air stream is one-third of
the throw.b) For 22.5 deg deflection angle, the total
spread of the air stream is about 45 percent
of the throw.c) For 45 deg deflection angle, the total
spread of the air stream is two-third of the
throw.

BIADES & FRAME
Shahrokhi egg wall registers & grilles are
designed to suit H.V.A.C. applications where
a high side wall or exposed duct is required.
they are mainly applicable when high air
volume at low pressure is desired.Their attractive appearance make them
suitable for other architectural and
decoration applications.
Multi parallel blades of these grilles adjust
in vertical and horizontal to control the air
flow. These grilles are an aluminium core
which constructed in three types of fixed
egg crate grid opening.
It is possible to fixed at 0, 30 and 45 angles
between vertical and horizontal blades as
shown as (figures 6-7-8).The openings are 0.5" x 0.5" at 0 & 45
angles and 1.8" x 0.5" at 30 angles.
