Use gravity and the support of ropes and slings to gently open the body! Originally designed by BKS Iyengar, the DYC boasts an entire wall of YogaPro equipment.
Longtime Dallas Yoga Center Iyengar instructor Chris Greene will introduce students to the incredible potential of the wall ropes as used in the Iyengar tradition. Learn how to use the wall ropes to open the shoulders, increase upper body awareness and broaden the range of motion to deepen your experience of inversions, back bends and other poses.
Wall ropes are easily accessible to all levels of students but for this workshop we ask that you have been practicing yoga for a minimum of a year.
