Longtime Dallas Yoga Center Iyengar instructor Chris Greene will introduce students to the incredible potential of the wall ropes as used in the Iyengar tradition. Learn how to use the wall ropes to open the shoulders, increase upper body awareness and broaden the range of motion to deepen your experience of inversions, back bends and other poses.
