Sarah did a great job, was very knowledgeable, quick and effective with her responses to 

questions I had, as well as doing a good job coordinating everything.

Leann was the best!! She always answered our questions (no matter how many we had!!) and always had the answers! She is excellent at her job and handles every request very promptly. Our move was not as stressful as we had thought, thanks to Leann!!! It was great working with her, and we appreciate her 

making our transition so smooth!

Otis has done a great job supporting me in the past 3.5 years. Each time I have questions, he 

provides me the answers promptly. Thanks for his effort to get the job done.

Cathy was very helpful, numerous times!  She made a very difficult and lengthy 

transition one that was very fluid and easy. She was always very cooperative, 

informative and more than willing to help anytime I needed anything.

Jeanette is outstanding. Her professionalism and extraordinary work ethic to make sure I was happy and satisfied was tremendous. I couldn't be more happy with working with someone who put so much thought and compassion into a moving

Delma was very knowledgeable, courteous, prompt with her return calls (although 9 times out of 10 she answered right away and a return call was not needed.)  What a wonderful person to have help me with a very complicated time!  She kept me calm and was always ready to help 

answer any questions I had.

Kelly was a great help. Always responded ASAP and went above and beyond a couple times to help me out when I forgot to do something or 

attach something. She answered all my questions and understood that even though I asked something multiple times that I was very 

busy and she was very understanding and willing to help out.

LaTardra did an excellent job. She was responsive to requests, provided full disclosure on program nuance, and 

followed through on commitments made  ‐  couldn't ask for more!
