Scanmaster® WTMDs have a unique feature. Our technologic advances are underIndustrial Property Rights protection.

Conventional WTMDs perform detection for a single security level and provide audio-visualAlarms. Scanmaster®/GRT enables operators to set a secondary Security Level for Gun SizeThreat Objects to trigger Vibrating Gun Alerts to a Vibrating Carry-On Gun Alert Devicedelivering instant Vibrating Alerts using wireless Communication interface.

Whilst primary General Sensitivity Settings in course, the Scanmaster®/GRT may generateAudio-Visual Alarm Indications. The Secondary Security Level should be set for Gun SizeThreat Objects to trigger a Vibrating Alert delivering instant wireless signals to a vibratingcarry-on battery operated device on security staff that can be attached with a belt clip.Accordingly, the Scanmaster®/GRT can simultaneously perform detection for two separatesensitivity settings. Such technological advance provides awareness with Security Staff andhelps prevent neglecting their checkpoint screening procedures due two many alarms whichwe may witness at locations like shopping malls etc.

DSP (Digital Signal Processing Technology)

Scanmaster® WTMDs use latest technology DSP (Digital Signal Processing). The useof such advanced technology provides discreet solutions to perform complexmathematical calculation formulas within microseconds without the need to round upthe very sensitive magnetic field measurements. The use of DSP technology providessuperior advantages compared to Analog Devices in regards the need for SuperiorDetection Performance and the use of multiple applications in perfectsynchronization.

In most applications, the equipment's those which perform using Analog Technologywe have observed that the sensitivity adjustment is not very precise and the WTMDsmay generate alarms either for even smaller objects which are considered to benegligible or cannot detect at all at lower sensitivity settings whereby authoritiesprefer not to detect unconscious metallic objects. Especially with most Chinese OriginWTMDs, lower sensitivity settings may result in failure of detection.Scanmaster®/GRT enables precise sensitivity settings between 0-999 steps thanks toour advanced DSP Technology. DSP Technology pr0vides a superior technical base forfurther developments.

DSP Technology provides ease for perfect synchronization of multiple applications atvery high speeds and perfect synchronization.

8 Parallel Overlapping Detection Zones (Multi-Zone)

Scanmaster® WTMDs perform Multi-Zone Operation with 8 Parallel OverlappingDetection Zones.

LED Detection Zone Indicators provides visual LED Light indications only for theDetection Areas. Targeted Zone indications provides ease for Security ScreeningCheckpoint Staff.

Scanmaster®/GRT enables separate zone sensitivity settings feature for each distinctzone.

Zone LEDs are from bottom to top of one side panel of the WTMD without any deadzones.

Green/Red Traffic Through LightsScanmaster® WTMDs have bicolor Green/Red Pacing Lights at the entrance side of theWTMD Passage. Pacing lights are in use to control the traffic thorough and to preventmultiple entries at a time so that single detections can be performed in sequenceenabling counter values increase by one after each visitor. When the WTMD Passage isempty and WTMD is ready for a new detection, the pacing lights will be Green. Whenthere will be a person inside the WTMD Passage the pacing lights will indicate Red andwill turn to red after completion of the pass through process indicating readiness for anew detection.

Traffic Counters

Scanmaster® WTMDs count both the incoming and outgoing traffic and display thecounter values on LCD. Scanmaster®/GRT also provides statistical informationregarding the number of alarms generated and the clean visitors. Counter values canbe reset easily.

There is a 6 Digit Counter Feature in course enabling proper counting of up to999.999 persons without any need to reset the counters.

USB Port

Scanmaster® Walk-Through Metal Detectors are equipped with 1 USB Port Slot on the frontside of the Control Panel providing easy Access. USB Port enables connection of a FAT32Format Flash Memor (USB Stick) to your WTMD and below Screen Display appears on theLCD Screen.

In USB Menu the following features are enabled;

- Downloading All WTMD Settings

- Uploading WTMD Settings to a different WTMD in a matter of seconds

- Exporting Statistical Information to a text file

Such features provides great advantages for expert level users with large number of WTMDsinstalled at different locations. This feature is mostly preferred by Professional Shopping MallManagements.

Supported Hardware Levels

Scanmaster® WTMDs are being offered at different equipment levels and supported features.Please make sure the desired configuration of our WTMD is in compliance with the P/I format offersyou have been provided in writing.

76 cm Net Passage Width

Net Passage Width of WTMD Scanmaster® /GRT is 76 cm.

Passage Width of many other WTMDs (Especially the ones of Chinese Origin) being offered in theMarketplace is 70 cm which is not in compliance with International Passage DimensionRequirements. Narrower Passage Width WTMDs have the following disadvantages;

- Vibration Caused False Alarms due physical contact to side panels

- False Alarms and Sensitivity Setting Difficulties due Metal Objects passing from a close distance toWTMD Side Panel Structures

Accordingly, a wider passage width offers both practical and technical advances even though itrequires a better technology and performance to scan greater widths.

Two Level Menu Access Protection (Hardware Electronic Key + Digital Password)

Scanmaster® Walk-Through Metal Detectors are equipped with a Hardware ElectronicKey Switch protection in addition to a 4 Digit Digital PIN Code. Once the key switchwill be locked, menu Access keys will be locked.

Furthermore, the Scanmaster®/GRT provides two Level Digital Passwords fordifferent level users Administrator and Operator. Administrator Password can be usedfor limiting the Operators Access Level separately for each and every sub menus.
