Kamat Hotels to expand their Orchid Hotel-brand across India through management partnerships Kamat Hotels India Ltd (KHIL) is looking to expand their ecotel hotel brand, The Orchid Hotel, across the country, especially in Tier-II and III cies, through management route. Currently, The Orchid Hotel is operaonal in Mumbai (flagship property) and Pune, a release stated. “We are looking for a strategic and controlled growth for our flagship brand, The Orchid. The strategic move of Air China is a step to strengthen its exisng route network in India. Air China introduced Airbus A330-300 to its service to Mumbai. There has been significant increase in people traveling to China from Mumbai in last couple of years. The re-instated service will be daily on an A320 with an average flight me of just over four hours. The carrier had previously served Nagpur from January 2008 to May 2009. The flight QR 588 will depart Doha at 19:55 hrs and arrive in Nagpur at 02:15+1. The Nagpur-Doha sector QR 589 will depart at 03:45 hrs and arrive in Doha at 05:55 hrs. The aircra will have 144 seats in a two-class configuraon of 12 seats in business class and 132 seats in economy. , Dehradun and Dharamshala flights will be operated by SpiceJet's Bombardier Q400 aircra, while the Bengaluru route will use a Boeing 737. GLOBAL CUISINE INGREDIENTS 300g good-quality dark chocolate, roughly chopped 3 eggs 1/4 cup (55g) caster sugar 1 tablespoon good-quality cocoa powder, sied 300ml thickened cream, plus extra whipped cream to serve Grated chocolate, to serve Place the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of gently simmering water (don't let the bowl touch the water). Sr unl melted. Remove bowl from heat and set aside to cool slightly. In a separate bowl, whip cream unl thickened (be careful not to over-beat). Use a large metal spoon to carefully fold the cream into the chocolate mixture, trying to keep the mixture as light as possible. Spoon into 6 serving glasses and chill in fridge for at least 1 hour. Remove from fridge 15 minutes before serving, then top with extra whipped cream and grated chocolate to serve. GLOBAL CUISINE

INGREDIENTS300g good-quality dark chocolate, roughly chopped 3 eggs 1/4 cup (55g) caster sugar 1 tablespoon good-quality cocoa powder, si�ed 300ml thickened cream, plus extra whipped cream to serve Grated chocolate, to serve

Place the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of gently simmering water (don't let the bowl touch the water). S�r un�l melted. Remove bowl from heat and set aside to cool slightly.

Place eggs and sugar in a large bowl and beat with electric beaters for 5 minutes, or un�l mixture is pale, thick and doubled in volume. Fold in cooled chocolate and cocoa powder un�l combined.

In a separate bowl, whip cream un�l thickened (be careful not to over-beat). Use a large metal spoon to carefully fold the cream into the chocolate mixture, trying to keep the mixture as light as possible. Spoon into 6 serving glasses and chill in fridge for at least 1 hour. Remove from fridge 15 minutes before serving, then top with extra whipped cream and grated chocolate to serve.

Tourist arrivals with E-visa jumps 10 �mesCon�nuing the growth trajectory, tourist arrivals in India under the e-Tourist Visa facility have witnessed a 10-fold increase between January and June 2015 compared with the same period last year. The Indian government rolled out the E-visa programme for ci�zens of 43 countries on November 27 last year, and then to a further 33 na�onali�es in April this year. This has led to a spike in the number of e-visa arrivals to India, with 126,214 tourists registering for the online entry system in the first half of 2015, compared with just 11,953 during January-June 2014, showing a growth of 955.9 per cent.

UK on India's E-visa system from 15th AugustThe UK is among 36 new countries to be added to India's electronic visa system from Independence Day, taking the number of na�ons on the list to 113. The e-visa route will allow Bri�sh na�onals flying to India for tourism and recrea�onal purposes to apply and pay for their visa online and carry a printout as proof. "With this addi�on, the total count of countries under the scheme will go up to 113. Simultaneously, we are going to add seven more Indian airports as designated airports for entry on e-Tourist Visa from 15th August 2015," an Indian government statement said.
