Waiver and Release:

Please make copies and have navigators and anyone who may be riding with you sign also.

To be signed by every person involved in any horse or livestock related activity, not only during actual

competition, training, or schooling, but included any time from arrival to departure.

I understand that neither Wine Country Equestrian Club, Central Washington Hunter Jumper Association

or their officers, directors, and agents, event organizers, official, instructors and committees nor Kermit

Zarley, Jr or Marilyn Zarley accept any responsibility for accidents, damage, injury or illness to animals,

owners, drivers, grooms, passengers, attendants, spectators or any other person or property in

connection with this event or competition.

I hereby expressly agree for myself and my principals, representatives, employees and agents: (1) to be

bound by the rules of this facility/event/competition; (2) that every animal and person is eligible as

entered; and (3) to accept as final any decision of event/competition officials and instructors on any

question arising under the rules and by-laws or any local rules of the completion or event and agree tohold Wine Country Equestrian Club, Central WA Hunter Jumper Association, its officers, directors,

employees and agents; event organizers, officials, instructors and committees; competition judges and

officials; and the property owners harmless for any action taken.

I am fully aware that livestock and horse sports, including riding and driving, and this event or

competition involve inherent dangerous risk of serious injury or death and by participating I do so

voluntarily and expressly assume any and all risks of injury or loss, and I agree to indemnify and hold

WCED, CWHJA, its officers, directors, employees and agents; event organizers, officials, instructors and

committees; competition judges and officials; and the property owners harmless from and against all

claims including any injury or loss suffered during or in conjunction with the event or competition,whether or not such claim, injury or less resulted, either directly or indirectly, from the negligent acts or

omissions of WCEC, CWHJA, its officers directors, employees, and agents; event organizers, officials,

instructors, and committees; competition judges and officials; or the property owners.
