i sawhenchrawayaheadHIGH SPECIFICATIONThe AGSP combines constructional rigidity anddimensioning accuracy with flexib ility and panel sizingcapacity. Available as a 8 phase or 1phase 2.2kW(3hpJ machine giving maximum saw projection of100mm (4 in), optional 3.7kW (5hp),For routine dimensioning work the standard AGSP canbe used as a conventiona l sawbench using the ballbearing movement rip fence with fine microadjustment and fully adjustable fence plate for finequality work. The saw unit can be accurately cantedthrough 45, pivoting on front and rear trunnions forincreased stabi lity and accuracy, enabling bevels,mitres, and with the use of the mit l-e fence, compoundangles to be produced. The scoring saw isautomat ically retracted when maximum saw projectionis required for deep ripping.

For working panels the optiona l open frame easy glidesliding tab le offers more than adequate support fo reven the largest of components, with accuracy of cu tassured by an extruded aluminium crosscut fence withtelescopic end section and fully adjusta ble turnoverstops. For high quality and precision panel work thesaw unit incorporates an integral contra-rotatingscoring saw which eliminates spelching on theunderside of veneer or melamine type panels up to30mm th ick , producing a perfec t sawn edge on bothfaces of materia l.Adjustment of the scoring saw is automatic whenraising or lowering the main saw, a valuable aid whenrapid se t ups are required.
