    SPECIAL RULES

    MIXED ORDER

    Where specified by the list, crossbowmen / bowmen may

    be combined with other infantry to form a simgleregiment, with the crossbowmen/bowmen initially making

    up the front rank(s) of the unit. When entering close

    combat, the player controlling the unit may choose one of

    the two options: the crossbowmen/bowmen may remain inthe front rank(s), allowing them to stand and shoot against

    a charging enemy; in this case, spear-armed figures in the

    second rank may fight in close combat. Alternatively, the

    crossbowmen/bowmen may retire to the rear rank(s); this

    prohibits them from shooting, but allows up to two ranks

    of spearmen, or one rank of other infantry, to fight in closecombat. A unit in which the crossbowmen/bowmen have

    retired to the rear may bring them forward again by

    spending and entire turn reforming.

    DEUS LO VULT!

    Characters with this special rule have to join a unit they

    can’t leave afterwards. This unit benefits from the

    character as follows: Each unit including a character with

    this rule roles a D6 at the beginning of the battle after

    deployment and before the first turn:

    1-2 The unit have to move 2d6 straight forward

    3 The unit has to skirmish all the time

    4-5 The unit became subject to Hatred rule 2&3

    6 The unit gets Warband rule 3

    UNRELIABLE

    Roll a dice before the the first turn. If a 1 is rolled the unit

    remains stationary not moving or shooting this turn. If no 1

    was rolled the unit act normal. Roll next turn also but only

    if a 1 was rolled before.
