Description
Please note supportive documents. We received harassing letters from Getty regarding an image that our web designer used as a placement photo until the website was complete. Upon notification the web designer took the placement photo off. We have been receiving letters since for payment. We asked if it was a try claim what lawyer was assigned to the case. The issue was skirted. Later in the year we received a notification from McCormack Intellectual Property Law. We never received any certified mail but we receive letters from them as if this is an established court case. We understand companies like these piggy back off each other to scare consumers into paying. Please not our cease and desist letter. This was sent and McCormack still sent us a letter. We want them to stop contacting
