JOB VALUES

Values are what are most important in your lives and careers. They are formed through families, real life experiences and most importantly our feelings. When talking about career planning, values generally refer to things we value in a career.

Ex: People value job security, money, structure

and a regular schedule. Others value leadership, excitement,

independence and family.
