Eight Willows Retreat provides couples with creative stylists, photographers, wedding suppliers and local produce to offer one complete package, relieving you of all your wedding planning pressures. Bush ChapelLocated down a secluded white limestone pathway,northwest from the function centre lies our breathtaking Bush Chapel.Nestled away amongst natural bushland and boasting a unique wooden arbour this is our hidden gem!

Willow TreeLocated north east of the Function Centre by the lake and parkland garden, our iconic Willow Tree captures all of natures beauty in one complete setting.

GazeboLocated north east of the Function Centre, our charming Gazebo creates a traditional romantic setting with surrounding trees and lakeside views.

Outdoor Alfresco/VerandahDon’t let the wet weather scare you away! Should you have adverse weather on your wedding day our gorgeous verhandah to the side of the Function Centre is the perfect wet weather contingency plan. Overlooking the lake and the parkland garden, it offers the ideal spot in case of rain and allows for gorgeous backdrop photos with the natural surrroundings.

8 The stylish lakeside Function Centre was built in 2014 using modern architectural design providing the perfectsetting for your wedding reception. Panoramic views overlooking the lake and bushland offer a spectacular framingof outdoor scenery.Boasting an array of soft furnishings and a statement fireplace, this unique canvas sets a tranquil ambience for yourromantic night. There are various access points from the Chalets leading to the Function Centre.The Function Centre is based on paved flat ground and can accommodate prams and disability access.Enjoy pre-reception canapés and beverages utilising our alfresco, offering a set of wicker lounges, outdoortables, chairs and picnic bench seating, we can accommodate upwards of 140 seated guests inside the FunctionCentre, and up to 275 guests for a Cocktail Event, utilizing the Function Centre and outdoor Verandah Areas.

EIGHT WILLOWS RETREAT IS AN AAA RATED 4.5 STAR SELF- CATERED LUXURY RETREAT LOCATED WITHIN THE HEART OF THE MARGARET RIVER REGION.OUR CHOICE OF ONE AND TWO BEDROOM KING BED CHALETS AND TWO BEDROOM QUEEN BED CHALETS OFFER A CHOICE OF LAKE, VINEYARD AND FOREST VIEWS, AND ARE SET AMIDST 75 ACRES OF BEAUTIFUL NATURAL BUSH LAND.

Our luxuriously appointed One and Two Bedroom King Bed Chalets come with a King Size Bed adjacent to the living room.

The One Bedroom King Bed Chalet comes with it’s own separate en-suite while the Two Bedroom King Bed Chalet comes with a King Size Bed adjacent to the living room and a separate bedroom with it’s own en-suite. Each Chalet type is also able to sleep another two guests by utilizing the Sofa Bed. The spacious bathroom/en-suites have a shower and separate Spa Bath with one of the Chalets set up ach type of Chalet being able to sleep another two guests by using the Sofa Bed. The spacious bathroom/ensuite have a shower and a separate Spa Bath, with two of the Chalets set up for Disabled Access guests.

The European style kitchenette is equipped with modern appliances and fitted out with everything you need to compliment your stay. The comfortable living area comes with a large Flat Screen TV with Foxtel and Blu Ray player on request. All Chalets come equipped with washing machine and dryer and a private verandah with views across the retreat with your own gas BBQ.

Our rammed earth Two Bedroom Queen Bed Chalets compliment the natural bushland they are set in.

With a Queen Bed as standard in the Master Bedroom the second bedroom can be a choice of Queen or Twin Beds based on your preference.

These Chalets come with an open style kitchen equipped with modern appliances and fitted out with everything you need to compliment your stay. The spacious living and dining area comes with a large Flat Screen TV with Foxtel, DVD player and a gas log fire.

Each Chalet comes with a large family sized bathroom with a large spa bath with either a separate shower or shower over the spa bath.

Our beautiful Four Bedroom Residence is a fully equipped house for you and your family. With 4 Bedrooms consisting of three bedrooms with King Bed’s and an additional Bedroom with a Queen Bed and Bunk Beds.

All bedrooms contain either a walk in robe or wardrobe and the Master Bedroom comes with an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, spa, vanity and toilet.

The Residence comes with a large family sized kitchen, featuring granite work tops and all the amenities to compliment your stay.

The comfortable living area comes with modular sofa and a large flat screen TV with Foxtel. It can accommodate an additional 2 people with use of the pull out Sofa Bed (additional fees apply). With a separate dining room with a 12 seat dining room table it is perfect for family or private dinners.

The Residence also comes with a spacious guest bathroom that includes a walk in shower, vanity and toilet. The Residence also comes with a laundry with washing machine and tumble-dryer and additional storage.

With your own private verandah and small garden area that includes outdoor seating and large BBQ, The Residence is the perfect escape. Please Note The Residence is strictly Non-Smoking.

Eight Willows accepts no responsibility for loss of income sustained by this.
