ROOF REPAIR NEEDED

Due to the aging of the flat roofs on the church side entrances and on the kitchen in the hall, some leaking and rotting has occurred. We need to do some repairs before winter. An estimated cost is $22,000.00. Work will be starting in the next week or two.

Any donations would be greatly appreciated.

TABERNACLE LIGHT Will be burning the next two weeks in loving memory of Lucille Yanda. The special intentions of the Rosary Society.

ALTAR SERVER TRAINING Training for new and current servers will be Wednesday, September 19 at 6:00 p.m. in the church. Anyone beyond 2nd grade is welcome to attend.

NEW MINISTRY SCHEDULE Our Mass time will change to 10:00 a.m. Sundays start-ing the weekend of November 3-4. Please contact the par-ish office at 776-1555 by September 30, if you want to be added or omitted. No response from you it will be left the same as the previous schedule.

GRIEFSHARE SUPPORT GROUP GriefShare is a 13-week support group consisting of video seminars, small group discussion, and personal workbook exercises. Each week a different topic is considered. GriefShare utilizes a Biblical approach to explore grief in a confidential and sensitive manner, allowing those that are grieving to better understand what they are experiencing. Each session is self-contained, which means you are welcome to begin attending our GriefShare group at any time. This service is offered at no charge to the community. Salad Supper Thank You Thank you to everyone who helped set up, brought salads or bars, served and with the clean up. Mass for those who loss a Child The Respect Life Ministry at Our Lady of Lourdes is sponsor-ing a Mass for all who have been affected by the loss of a child of any age, due to any circumstance, including losses due to miscarriage, stillbirth, and abortion. This Mass will be held at 6:30pm, on Monday, October 22 at Our Lady of Lourdes. For some this Mass may bring closure to your sor-row, and for others it may be the beginning of your process of grieving.
