focus of the work involved helping the offender successfully assimilate back into society.

Shreveport Historical Arrest Project. Fall 2010 – present.

With the assistance of both undergraduate and graduate students, and in cooperation with Noel

Memorial Library’s Archives and Special Collections Department, this research involves the

continued transcription and analysis of 50 years of handwritten arrest records.

Recruitment & Retention of Criminal Justice Students. Spring 2010 – present.

This research involves the continued assessment of recruitment and retention of Criminal

Justice Students.

Extremist Use of the Internet. Fall 2003 – present.

In this ever-changing environment, this research will continue to examine and understand

Internet usage by these groups.
