Die Easyfit VXE Kugelhähne wurden in Zusammenarbeit mit Giugiaro Design entwickelt. Die Produktpalette

wurde nun um die Nennweiten DN 65-100 erweitert. Mit der Produktpalette VXE DN65-100 wurde das

innovative System zur Einstellung des Drehmoments der Überwurfmuttern, das bereits für die Größen DN10-50

verfügbar ist, weiterentwickelt, sodass bei Eingriffen der Schnellentkoppelungsmultifunktionshebel verwendet

werden kann.

Easyfit SystemEasyfit ist ein innovativer Mechanismus basierend auf der Schnellentkoppelung des

Multifunktionshandhebels, um beim Einbau des Kugelhahns

und während der Einstellung des Kugelträgers die Überwurfmuttern

drehen zu können.

Der innovative Handhebel kann durch einfaches Betätigen der Hebel-fixierungen von der Spindel entfernt werden. An der Spindel befindet sich das transparente Modul zur Individu-

alisierung der Kugelhähne.

Der integrierte Zahnradeinsatz, im Handhebel macht diesen zu einem

Schlüssel zum Festziehen der Überwurfmuttern.

Die Verwendung des Multifunktionshandhebels gewähr-leistet einwandfreie hydraulische Dichtigkeit und verhindert

ungewollte Beschädigungen der Überwurfmuttern, dank des ergonomischen Aufbaus und der sehr widerstandsfesten

Struktur des Handhebels. Ungeeignete Werkzeuge könnten Beschädigungen hervorrufen.

FIP has extended Easyfit valve line developed with Giugiaro Design realizing the completion of the range with the new ball valves VXE Large Bore. VXE DN65-100 range evolves the innovative system of union nut rotation control already achieved with the range DN10-50, allowing to perform the operation simply using the quick-release multifunctional handle.

Easyfit SystemEasyfit System is the innovative mechanism based on the quick release of the multifunctional handle to carry out the union nuts rotation during valve installation and the ball seat carrier adjustment.

The innovative handle, is composed by a central hub fixedly coupled to the valve stem which houses the transparent module for customization, by a double spoke handle that can be released from the hub with a simple operation and by a hooked insert housed

in the handle which transforms it into a key for union nuts tightening.

The use of the multifunctional handle, thanks to its ergonomic design and to its high resistance, thus guarantees a perfect hydraulic seal and prevents the accidental damage of the union nuts that can be caused by the use of non specific tools.

Install and maintain VXE EasyfitThe new VXE DN65-100 ball valve design, based on the Easyfit System, provides big advantages during valve installation and maintenance operations.Thanks to the innovative Easyfit System, the handle can be easily released from the hub to carry out the union nuts rotation during valve installation and the ball seat carrier adjustment.

Union nuts rotation control

The handle can be turned into a wrench key for tightening or loosening the union nuts simply removing, flipping and engaging the insert housed inside it in the appropriate seat. The tool so composed

is extremely rugged and light at the same time thanks to the finite element method design (FEM) offering an excellent ergonomic grip.The insert design engages perfectly on the external profile of the union nuts with a secure grip allowing to exercise a high torque without damaging the nuts in any way.

Ball seat carrier adjustementThe handle can also be used as a tool for disassembly, assembly or adjustment of the support of the ball seat carrier. For this function, Once removed the handle from the hub enter the two upper protrusions into the appropriate slots of the seat carrier to screw or unscrew it.

Die neue Konstruktion des VXE Kugelhahns, basierend auf dem Easyfit System, bietet zahlreiche Vorteile beim Einbau

des Kugelhahns und bei Wartungsarbeiten.Dank des innovativen Easyfit Systems kann der Handhebel

leicht von der Spindel entfernt werden und für grundlegende Arbeitsschritte während des Einbaus und der Instandhaltung

des Kugelhahns verwendet werden.

Überprüfung der Drehung der

ÜberwurfmutternDer Handhebel kann in einen Schlüssel zum Festziehen und

Lösen der Überwurfmuttern verwandelt werden, indem man den im Hebel befindlichen Einsatz herauszieht, umdreht und in die entsprechende Halterung einsetzt. Das so entstehende

Werkzeug ist ein äußerst robuster Schlüssel aufgrund Spannungs- und Dehnungs-analysen (FEM), gleichzeitig

leicht und bietet einen hervorragenden ergonomi-

schen Griff. Die Struktur des Einsatzes passt genau zum Außenprofil der Überwurf-

muttern, sitzt fest und sicher, sodass ein hohes Drehmo-ment angewendet werden

kann, ohne die Überwurfmut-tern zu beschädigen.

Einstellung des Kugelträgers

Der Handhebel kann auch als Werkzeug zum Ausbau, Einbau oder zur Einstellung des Kugeldichtungsträgers verwendet

werden. Dazu müssen nach Entfernung des Handhebels von der Spindel (bei geschlossenem Ventil) die beiden Überstände

an der oberen Seite in die entsprechenden Einkerbungen im Kugelsitzträger gebracht werden, dann kann der

Kugelsitzträger festgezogen oder gelöst werden.

VXE Easyfit kundenspe-zifisch kennzeichnen

Oft wird es erforderlich, einen Kugelhahn für den spe-zifischen Einsatz zu kennzeichnen. Die VXE Kugelhähne von d16 bis d110 verfügen daher über ein wasserfestes

Kunststoffmodul, das extra für die Individualisierung des Produktes durch Etiketten entworfen worden ist.

Customize VXE EasyfitIt is often necessary to customize a valve by labelling or tagging it in order to mark and identify it according to specific needs. VXE Easyfit valves from d16 to d110, are therefore equipped with a specifically designed water-resistant module.

The module housed in the valve body, is made by a transparent PVC service plug and a white circle tag holder, FIP branded on one side. The tag holder is embedded in the plug and can be easily removed to be used for self labelling on its blank side.Self labelling can be done in several ways, but we recommend to create custom labels using the Easyfit Labelling System.

Our Easyfit Labelling System is a complete product line developed to customize each single valve and includes all the tools for the personalization: LCE module, LSE set and the dedicated software. For all details please refer to Easyfit Labelling System section.

weißen Etikettenhalter aus demselben Material, welche

einseitig mit einem FIP-Logo versehen ist.

Der Etikettenhalter befindet sich in der transparenten

gekennzeichnet oder mit einem Etikett

SoftwareDank des Easyfit Labelling Systems mit intuitiver Programm-

führung gestaltet sich die Erstellung von Etiketten einfach und schnell. Durch verschiedene Funktionen ist es möglich Texte

und Bilder zusammenzufügen, Texte mit unterschiedlichen Aus-richtungen einzugeben, Daten aus Berechnungsblättern einzu-

fügen und das Ergebnis in der Druckvorschau zu überprüfen. Mit Hilfe der programmgesteuerten Kalibrierung können die Etiketten problemlos auf jedem Tintenstrahldrucker gedruckt

werden. Nach dem Druck können die Etiktetten sofort auf dem weißen Halter in der transparenten Schutzabdeckkappe aufge-klebt werden. So sind die Etiketten langfristig vor Umgebungs-

einflüssen und täglicher Abnutzung geschützt.

The SoftwareEasyfit Labeling System, with the user friendly software tool makes label creation simple and fast. The software allows you to overlay text and images as well as to import data from spreadsheets.Several text control functions give you the chance to digit different texts in different positions always checking the result on the label preview. The printers setting wizard makes simple to print labels using any common Inkjet printer.Once printed, the labels are ready to be applied on the white PVC-U tag holder and embedded into the transparent service plug. The custom labels are thus protected in outdoor installation and from daily wear out.

Für die Anwendung des Easyfit Labelling Systems verfügen die Easyfit Armaturen über ein LCE-Modul, das aus

einer transparenten Abdeckkappe aus PVC-U besteht, in der sich ein weißer Etikettenhalter befindet. Das LCE-Modul (transparente Abdeckkappe und Etikettenhalter)

ist serienmäßig bei den Armaturen VX und SX Easyfit vorhanden. Für VE Easyfit Armaturen kann es separat bestellt werden. Das LCE-Modul ist lieferbar in den Dimensionen d16

bis d110 für VEE und VXE Modelle und von d32 bis d63 für das SXE Modell. Die individuell bedruckten Etiketten können

bei Bedarf auf den Etikettenhalter geklebt werden.

Labelling System LCE ModuleTransparent service plug with tag holderTo take advantage of Easyfit Labeling System, Easyfit valvesare designed to house the LCE plastic module made by the transparent PVC service plug and the white PVC tag holder embedded in it. The LCE module (transparent plug and tag holder) is factory assembled on VX and SX Easyfit valves while can be ordered separately for VE Easyfit model. LCE module is available for diameters from d16 to d110 for VEE and VXE models and from d32 to d63 for SXE model.Easyfit customised labels have to be applied on the tag holder according to specific needs.

LSE SetGestaltung und Druck von Etiketten

Das LSE-Set zur Gestaltung der Easyfit Armaturen enthält vorgestanzte selbstklebende weiße DIN A4 Blätter

aus Polyethylen und eine CD-Rom mit der Software zur Erstellung der Etiketten und Druckertreiber. Die

feuchtigkeitsabweisenden Blätter eignen sich für gängige Tintenstrahldrucker. Für jede Armaturengröße gibt es ein

entsprechendes Set zur Gestaltung von bis zu 500 Etiketten.

LSE SetLabel Design and PrintEasyfit LSE set contains circle labels die cut on white polyethylene self-adhesive A4 sheets and a CDRom with the label creation and printer management software.The non hygroscopic sheets are suitable for normal inkjet printers and for each valve size there is available a special packaging that allows you to customize up to 500 valves.

VentilkörperDer VXE Easyfit Kugelhahn wurde vollständig mit Hilfe von

Spannungs-und Dehnungsanalysen (FEM) entwickelt. Er wird aus PVC-U K62 und PVC-C Corzan™unter Anwendung

modernster Spritzgussverfahren hergestellt. Diese Armatur ist bis 16 bar Betriebsdruck bei 20 °C gemäß ISO 9393 belastbar und erfüllt die

Europäische Richtlinie 97/23/EG für PED Druckgeräte, Zertifizierung durch das

Pascal Institut (1115). Der Ventilkörper verfügt

über eine integrierte Befestigungsvorrichtung zum

Aufbau von Zubehör oder Antrieben unter Verwendung

des PowerQuick Moduls Easyfit.

Synergien zwischen Werkstoffen und Konstruktion für optimierte Leistungen

Der VXE Kugelhahn DN 65-100 verfügt über einen einstellbaren Kugeldichtungsträger, der unmittelbar mit

dem Ventilkörper verschraubt ist. Die Einstellung und der Ausbau des Kugeldichtungsträgers können leicht mit

Hilfe des Multifunktionshandhebels erfolgen, der zum Lieferumfang des Kugelhahns gehört.

Der gesicherte Kugelsitzträger und der doppelte O-Ring an der Spindel bieten eine angemessene

Sicherheit in allen Anwendungen. Die hochwertige Oberflächenendbearbeitung der

Kugel (auf CNC Zentren gefertigt) zusammen mit dem optimierten

Profil der Trägerdichtungen aus PE und der Gleitscheibe aus PTFE der

Spindel gewährleisten eine allgemeine Verringerung der Reibung, sodass das Ventil auch unter schwierigen

Bedingungen ein herausragend niedriges Drehmoment aufweist.

Die PTFE Kugeldichtungen und die O-Ring-Dichtungen aus EPDM oder

FPM sind ideal für die Weiterleitung von Wasser und anderen Flüssigkeiten

geeignet.Durch Verwendung dieser

Dichtungswerkstoffe zusammen mit thermoplastischen Werkstoffen, die zur

Herstellung dieses Kugelhahns verwendet werden, entspricht VXE DN65-100 den

Vorgaben NSF 61 und ACS.

Valve bodyVXE DN 65÷100 Easyfit ball valve has been designed through the finite element method design (FEM) and is made of PVC-U K62 and PVC-C CorzanTM resin employing the most up to date injection moulding technology.

The valve can withstand working pressure up to 16 bar at 20 °C according to ISO 9393 International Standards and complies the European Directives 97/23/CE for pressure equipment PED, certified by the Pascal Institute (1115).The top of the body is shaped for a safe

and easy valve actuation using the FIP designed PowerQuick Easyfit module.

Synergy between materials and design for optimized performances

The VXE DN65÷100 Easyfit is equipped with adjustable ball seat carrier screwed on the valve body. The adjustment and removal of the support itself are easily carried out through the use of multifunctional handle. The safe blocked carrier, together with the double O-ring on the valve stem, ensures adequate security during all operations.

The high surface finishing of the ball realized with CNC machining centers, combined with the optimized profile of PTFE ball seats and the PTFE anti-friction disc located at the base of the valve stem, guarantee the overall reduction in friction giving the valve an exceptionally low torque even in tough operating conditions.

The seals of PTFE ball seals and O-ring in EPDM or FPM, are suitable for conveyance of water and other fluids compatible. The use of these sealing materials together with the thermoplastic materials used for the production of these valves, make the VXE DN65÷100 complying with the standard NSF 61-G and ACS.

PowerQuick EasyfitThe top of VXE DN65÷100 body is shaped for a safe and easy installation of PowerQuick Easyfit actuation module.

PowerQuick Easyfit is a special FIP module designed to allow the direct assembling onto the valve body of pneumatic actuators, electric motors and any other operational or control devices according to ISO 5211.

PowerQuick Easyfit is made of PP-GR technopolymer. It consists of an upper part, removable to allow quick mounting and dismounting of the actuator and drilled according to ISO 5211 (F05-F07), and a lower part perfectly matching the top shape of the valve body. PowerQuick is supplied with the fixing screws and stem adapter.

The VXE DN65÷100 range also includes versions supplied with pneumatic or electric actuators. See the relevant “Actuated Range” section.

PowerQuick EasyfitDer Ventilkörper der Armaturen VXE DN 65-100 verfügt

über eine integrierte Befestigungsvorrichtung zum Einbau des PowerQuick Easyfit Antriebsmoduls zur nachträglichen

Automation.

PowerQuick Easy ist ein von FIP entwickeltes Set zum direkten Aufbau von pneumatischen- und

elektronischen Antrieben sowie anderen Bedien- oder Kontrollvorrichtungen. Ausgelegt nach

der Norm ISO 5211.

PowerQuick Easy ist aus PP-GR Technopolymer. Er besteht aus einem

oberen abnehmbaren Teil, um den Antrieb mit Bohrungen gemäß ISO

5211 (F05-F07) schnell ein- und ausbauen zu können, und einem

unteren Teil, als perfektes Gegenstück zur oberen Form des Ventilkörpers.

Das PowerQuick Easy Modul wird komplett inkl. Befestigungsschrauben und Adapter für den Zapfen geliefert.

Die Produktreihe VXE DN65-100 umfasst auch Modelle mit

Elektromotoren oder pneumatischen Antrieben.

Mikroschalterbox MSE

MSE ist eine Box mit zwei elektromechanischen oder induktiven Mikroschalter, inkl. einer Handbedienung

(Handhebel) und einer optischen Anzeige, sodass man die Ventil-Stellung (offen-geschlossen) des manuellen

Ventils gut erkennt. Ein Einbau am Kugelhahn ist über das Antriebsmodul PowerQuick Easyfit möglich. Die Box kann

leicht an einem bereits eingebauten Ventil nachgerüstet werden.

Schaftverlängerung Easyfit - PSE

Griffverlängerung für manuelle Kugelhähne, z.B. für Einbauten mit erschwerten Zugang (Dämmung)

Limit Switch Box MSEThe MSE is a lever equipped limit switch-box with mechanical or proximity switches. This accessory is used to remote the position of the valve (open-close) to a control panel. The installation onto the manual valve is possible through the PowerQuick Easyfit actuation module. The box can be easily mounted onto the valve, even if the valve is already installed.
