DESCRIPTIONTRUeHOT Hot Start DNA Polymerase isa modified form of VWR Taq DNAPolymerase, which is activated by heattreatment.

TRUeHOT DNA Polymerase is providedin an inactive state with no polymeraseactivity at room temperature due to a temperature dependent peptide inhibition of the DNA polymerase activity. Thus, during set up and thefirst ramp of thermal cycling, the enzyme is not active and misprimedprimers are not extended.

TRUeHOT DNA Polymerase is activatedby a 95° C preincubation step.
