Undergraduate and graduate students identified, researched,
and tackled these challenges with
unique, sustainable solutions. All
the Student teams were asked to
consider involving all the big communities in devising the solution to the problems at hand.
In partnership with GOOD Magazine, the Academy of Arts
University’s School of Graphics
Design mobilized its students to
deploy design to address real problems within the city of London, England.

There were boat trips, fishing, clay ovens, home brew, bell tents, camp fires, songs, and of course lots and lots of painting. of objects that which got 'prettied up'.

in a disused

We see the events as op
portunities for und
isturbed
creativity w
ith like mind

eople. It's exciting
that for some
of these guys it is a real step
outside w
hat they are used to,
and yet in such a com
fortable and
familiar head
space.
Unfortunately these jam
s are yet to be op
en to the pub
lic, and
invites are a rare and soug
ht after comm
odity (hence
the legend
ary artist line up). H
owever there are of course
some fresh T-Shirt d
esigns that cam
e from the p
roject for the lucky few
that get their hand
s on them.
