    PRIOR TO THE INSTALLATION OF EQUIPMENT:

    • ReadtheoperatingmanualtomakesurethattheinstallationmeetsalltherequirementsasspecifiedwithintheOperatingandInstallationmanualprovidedwithyourunit.

    CLEANING PROCESS:

    Please note• Alwaysswitchtheunitoffatthemainelectricalsupplyduringmaintenance

    and cleaning.

    • Unplugtheunitfromthewallsocket.

    • Cleantheunitwhileitisstillwarm,itiseasiertoremovedirt.

    • Useonlywarmsoapywaterandasoftclothwhencleaningtheunit.

    • Neverusesteelwool,sodaoranyotherharshabrasivesforcleaning.

    • Removethewaterbathandclean.

    INSTALLATION:

    1) Before leaving the factory, theunithasbeen fullyassembledandundergonefinaltests.

    2) remove plastic material protecting the panels.3) Turntheunitontoburnoffanyfactoryresidues.Duringthisoperationsmokemay

    be emitted from the unit.4) the unit is on castors and can be positioned wherever required.5) the unit is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical,

    sensory ormental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge unless theyhave been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

    6) children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.PLEASE NOTE7) The installation of the equipment must be done by a qualified registered

    technician all in compliance with statutory Health and Safety Regulations.

    OPERATION:

    1) Plugtheunitintothewallsocketandswitchon.

    2) Switch the unit on by using the on/off toggle switch situated on the front right hand panel.

    3) Ensurethatthecircuitbreakersareswitchedon.

    4) Checkthethermometerandassoonasthepresettemperatureisreached,theunitis ready for loading.

    5) always ensure that there is enough water in the humidifying tray.

    PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE:

    1) Doaroutinecheckonthegeneralappearance.

    2) Checkthatnoscrewsandnutshaveworkedthemselvesloose.

    3) Checktheconditionofthesupplycableandplug.

    4) Checkthattheelementsareworkingbyswitchingtheunitonandcheckingthatthetemperature gauge is indicating a rise in temperature.

    5) ensure that the fan motor is turning.

    6) ensure that the castors are properly oiled and moving freely.

    7) Checkthatthedoorhandleandmechanismiseffectivelylubricated.

    SAFETY:

    1) Remembertoalwaysuseextremecautionwhenworkingwithanyheavydutyelectrical appliance.

    2) Switch the unit off when not in use to prevent burns.

    3) do not unplug the unit with wet hands.

    4) Be careful no to touch the element with your hands while the unit is on.

    5) always use gloves when removing hot trays from the Holda.

    6) do not try to use the unit as an oven.

    7) this unit can weigh anything up to 50Kg when fully loaded so use caution when wheeling the unit around.
