Markus W. Voigt is the founder and co‐managing partner of Voigt & Coll. GmbH and has more than 20 years f i ith th ti f l d f d Aft l ti hi t di i b i d i i t tiof experience with the creating of closed funds. After completing his studies in business administration

(BWL), he worked as product manager for closed end funds at FDK “Finanzdienste Köln” between 1990 and 1994. In 1994, he founded the investment house “Ideenkapital AG”, in which ERGO insurance group, an affiliate of Munich Re and one of the largest German insurance companies, was invested. He was chairman until 2004. In 2005, he founded Voigt & Coll.

After finishing his traineeship as a bank business management assistant and completing his studies in business administration, he was product g p g , pmanager for closed funds at a subsidiary of a large German savings bank from 1993 until 1998. Afterwards, he moved to the board of directors of the GIP International S.A. Luxemburg, in which he was active until 2003.
