Dear Souls,An invitation to join the Year of Volcanic Transformation: Making double efforts for fast self-transformation and volcanic yoga.

As you know, Baba has signaled this year as the year for achieving volcanic or intense transformation.  Last year we developed the practice of intense stage of volcanic yoga that can bring deep transformation in the self. This year we will make double efforts by practicing both intense transformation on a daily basis and on the first Sunday of each month having an intense volcanic yoga bhatti.

As a year ends, the lokik world starts to review their year by asking what they have achieved and where they have failed. On New Year’s Eve there is a resolution taken for the year. In Brahmin life, rather than once a year, there is celebration in every moment. Our resolution is to be introspective and to follow a clear goal of transformation. In the last murli, Baba said that you should be able to transform yourself in a second. However, this year BapDada doesn’t want us to practice gradual transformation.

To follow Baba in this, we need to check ourselves, and ask what has been my transformation up until now. How far have I reached in achieving my aim and object? Most of us have been working gradually on ourselves. We have been transforming our old sanskaras. However, world service rather than self-transformation has become our most powerful subject. Baba now wants us to work on self-transformation. We just need to keep in mind that everything is possible if you have determination to keep on moving.

During the Year of Volcanic Transformation, our aim is to work on self-transformation through reflection and self-checking.. To make this process intense and to bring newness in myself I must keep the aim to become BapSaman. Become aware of your present image compared with your future image. To bring such deep change and become free of the influence of old sanskaras we have to sit down and reflect on our present stage.

This year will involve going through such a deep checking of our efforts so we can see clearly what we want to achieve, and what will require my attention. All these questions must be answered. This can help fulfill Baba’s hope that we will achieve a flying stage and become BapSaman as soon as possible. Such deep transformation is Baba’s desire for us for this year. It involves comparing myself with Brahma Baba to see to what extent I have become similar. What is the gap? It is this gap that I have to fill with yoga power, attention, determination…. So, I need to start reflection and checking on everything.

Dear Yogis,Didi Nirmala and the VT team invite you to join in the volcanic linkup from May 2007- May 2008. This takes place on the first Sunday of each month in order to intensify our efforts for self-transformation. The bhatti seeks to link the fiery yoga and intense efforts of all Brahmins globally. The practice of volcanic yoga creates a 24-hour active link-up of light between Brahmin households and centres. There is a deep focus on a particular yoga stage each month. Classes and commentaries from the volcanic manual (available on the website) will develop the global concentration and focus for meditation during those 24 hours.

Activating the links of the chain of yoga power: Small teams of yogis will gather in different households and centres in their city, so the whole BK family of that region is activated into generating a powerful fire of yoga. The bhatti becomes a combining with God through mind and heart creating an intense fire of love and transformation. Those linked to the global chain of yoga create an environment for Baba's power and magic to work wonders. There are 8 hours for each region. Within each region, countries or areas will link in to the bhatti for 2 hours minimum and up to 8 hours if they are free. Please read the following schedule carefully and look for the name of your country or region. Please confirm your participation to us by email.

Dadi Gulzar- Checking and Changing – Om Shanti Bhavan – 30/1/06In the recent murlis, Baba has also told us to check whether our link with Baba is connected or broken. …Baba also told us to check our leakages. One is link and the other is leakage. Waste thoughts and waste time are our leakages. …This is why Baba has pulled our attention in recent Murlis. What do you write in your chart? I didn’t give anyone any sorrow today. Today I didn’t commit any sinful actions. Today I did wake up for amrit-vela. However, did you give happiness to anyone? OK you didn’t give anyone sorrow, but did you give happiness to anyone? How many did you give happiness and peace to? How much time did you waste? You may think you didn’t waste time but did you use your time in a best way? You didn’t lose anything but did you earn and thus accumulate? Nowadays Baba is asking us to check this chart. Why is Baba asking us to do this? This is because it is only in this most elevated confluence age that we are able to become the most elevated human beings.

It is only in this most elevated Confluence Age you are able to accumulate an income. It is only in Sangamyug that the bank of accumulating, the ‘savings account’ is open. … So check your chart and see how much happiness I gave, and how much of my time was spent in a best manner…. Say you want to have powerful yoga for just half an hour. Are you able to have it? … Baba always tells us that it is very important and necessary to listen to Baba’s Murli in the morning. Why? Just as we are feeding the body three times a day, in the same we have to feed our mind. If you are not able to go to Murli class in the morning then read the Murli at home. At the very least, you must read the blessing or read the slogan. The mind needs to be fed good food. Baba says that if you feed your minds with pure food and churn knowledge then you will also be able to remember Baba. Also check, am I body conscious or soul conscious? It takes just one minute to check. Am I on my seat of authority? You can never say ‘I don’t have time for checking’. Check and change; if you only check then you will become disheartened but change after checking. Don’t just keep saying, ‘It is not in my fortune, I am unable to make that link, I can’t become a king, because then you will be disheartened. Now simply check and change.

Baba has also shown us a very easy yukti. Every time you say I or mine, say I, the soul or my Baba. The proof of love is that whatever Baba says I have to do it. Mama had this specialty. Mama’s slogan was Baba has told me and I must do it. God has given me shrimat and I have to do it. We have to follow our Baba and Mama. So follow Baba’s shrimat. To follow is very easy; just put your footstep on his.

Do you realize how fortunate you are? My fortune should be visible on my face. Nobody in the world can become as fortunate as us! We are trikaldarshi and so it is easy for us to go around the cycle. Go around the whole cycle in one second and see if anyone else has such a fortune! Even the deities do not have this fortune. The fortune of us Brahmins is the most elevated. In this one short birth, we have the guarantee of the attainment for 21 births! We have never heard before that the attainments of this one birth will be carried with us for 21 births. Baba has created such a portrait of our fortune. So just keep your portrait in front of you, then the only words that will come from your heart will be, “‘Wah Baba wah’. We have found such a Father; we have received such a divine birth and such great attainments”.Om Shanti

Class by Dadi Gulzar – 2.12.02“Experiencing the Combined Form”

* Becoming equal to One Baba* Karma and yoga (karavanhar and karanhar)* Combined with Baba* Having a right on Baba as a child* Victory is my birthright

Becoming equal to One Baba:Each one of us has to ask ourselves, is Baba continuously in my heart, because if something comes into my heart it reaches my head automatically. If there is only Baba in my heart, (Baba meaning the remembrance of Baba), then you shouldn’t be remembering anything else. Just as if there is a very bright bulb shining somewhere and you put little bulbs around it, a powerful bulb makes all the small bulbs disappear, that is, they won’t be seen. You become conquerors of Maya. So this means that Maya is our creation. There is a difference in the power of the Creator and the power of the creation.

In the last murli Baba said to sit in different swings: the swing of supersensous joy, the swing of happiness and the swing of bliss. And they’re big swings, not little swings. There are so many swings for us. So when Baba has given us such lovely gifts, why should we look anywhere else? It is possible isn’t it that we might look here and there? So for this next year, we won’t look anywhere else. (At least say Ha ji). Always stay on the swing and the throne. Just keep swinging in intoxication. Baba has given such lovely gifts, and our aim, our desire, is not only Baba saying it but our hearts also want it. So in Brahmin life if anyone asks you what you want you say, you say, “I want to become BapSaman”. You say this don’t you? So if you want to become equal, you have to follow what the One you want to become equal to says. And Baba has said such simple things. Just follow the Father. You don’t need to come up with a new method. Just put your foot on His foot. It is such an easy thing to do.

If someone just puts their feet on someone else’s feet, it is so easy. You don’t have to stumble or become confused, just follow the Father during the day, whatever work you do. What did Brahma Baba do? Even if you haven’t seen him it doesn’t matter. But you have seen him. You have seen him with the eye of the intellect haven’t you? You have experienced him haven’t you? Or haven’t you? If someone says to you, “Have you seen him with your own eyes?”, what would you say? “Ha ji” or “na ji”? Have you experienced him? Have you seen him with the eye of experience? There are many authorities in this world, but the greatest authority is the authority of experience.

So we have received Baba’s gift. How valuable would God’s gifts be? Baba has said it. I just have to follow. Whatever are Baba’s thoughts (we won’t go into detail), but what are the main thoughts? He says my main thought is to be a World Benefactor. Baba sits in the stage of World Benefactor. You can call it His occupation or His stage. And all we have to do is follow that. Baba said, “Just speak such sweet language, spiritual language. If we speak to someone once we’ve them as a soul, if you are feeling angry – because things do happen and sometimes you can feel a little angry or frustrated – but if you speak to them after seeing them as a soul, would you be able to get angry? Suppose I come along with such a lot of strength and anger, “I’m going to set this person right”, but while going along, you become soul conscious, and see that one as a soul, will you be able to get angry? It’s like somebody would have thrown water on you. Soul consciousness is such a thing that no matter how bad the fire is, it is like water on that. So Baba’s speech and words are sweet. When you see someone as a soul, you will always speak sweetly.

Karma and Yoga (karavanhar and karanhar)And what are Baba’s actions? What did Baba do in his actions? He was a karma yogi wasn’t he? He was detached and loving wasn’t he? So we get influenced by good karma and bad karma. If it’s good karma I experience happiness, but if it’s bad karma, I get influenced. That’s why Baba says, “Always do karma

and yoga together; don’t just do an action”. If someone finds it hard to do karma yoga all day, okay, so you know that I the soul am seated in this body, and that I am the master of this body and also the master of the five sense organs. But I am the one who is making these five sense organs act, or move and do the task. I the soul am karavanhar, the one who inspires the sense organs to act, and the sense organs are karanhar, the ones who get the work done. It’s like a relationship between a master and a servant. Does a master ever forget that he is the master while telling other people to do the work? Just like in an office the Director would give directions. While sitting in his chair giving directions would he forget that he is the Director? In the same way I the soul am the director, and by giving directions I am the one who gets things done. If you keep the awareness that I am the master, I am the one getting things done, then even this is soul consciousness. It will help us as we make effort to become soul conscious; it will help us stay loving and detached and not get caught up in the bondage of karma.

So while working all day check if I am the director or, while working, have I got caught in the sense organs? I am the one who is karavanhar. I am the one who gets things done. Just as Baba is Karavanhar, in the same way the soul is karavanhar, the one who gets things done. Keep giving attention to this attitude throughout the day, because what happens is that we make ourselves very powerful at Amrit Vela, and even at murli time, we are okay. But once we get busy in our daily activity, we loose a little bit of our soul consciousness during the day while doing things. This is why we now have to practise and check ourselves while doing our business. Not that at night I do my chart and write: “Oh I wasn’t so soul conscious while doing my activities throughout the day”. No, that’s not good enough. It’s better if you make a rule, a discipline for yourself. It’s like if you take medicine, you make a discipline for yourself. Why? Because you know you are sick and need to take it. So you yourself have to do this. No one can do it for you. You have to make a discipline/a law for yourself. You decide. You may want to check every one hour, two hours or three hours. You check and change yourself accordingly. And if your percentage of soul consciousness keeps dropping a little bit, it means you have forgotten Baba too, doesn’t it? All the problems start with the body, don’t they? So if you are in that soul conscious stage, then to remember the Father is not difficult.

So check yourself throughout the day, and this helps you to have a continuous link. If you break a link and then join it again, there is a difference (it doesn’t join as it was originally), but if you remember Baba little bit by little bit, then it’s not difficult. You won’t feel it to be effort, because it is continuous, because we want to save ourselves from effort don’t we?! Do you like effort? Do you like making effort? No. Then you’ll be fine. And the other thing the Father said was, (the first was to follow the Father) and the other was to come into connections and relationships with the Brahmin family.

There were four things in which we have to pass: 1. Faith in the self 2. Faith in Baba3. Faith in drama 4. Faith in the family

Combined with BabaI have seen people who say “Oh, who am I? What am I? My status is not high.” How can you say that? That’s why Baba says, “Don’t get disappointed with yourself”. Okay, let’s say you see a weakness within yourself and you feel a little bit disheartened. Baba has said something really nice to help you in that situation. Baba is combined with you. He is combined with you, isn’t He? Is Baba combined with you or not?So when you say that you are combined with Baba, can anyone split something that is combined? When you are with someone else, okay, you can be pushed away, but when something is combined you can never separate it! Okay, maybe I’m weak. That’s fine, but the One who is combined with me, He isn’t weak, is He? He is the Almighty Authority. I might be weak, but the One who is combined with me is the Almighty Authority. So would He not colour me and help me? Imagine if there are two of you walking together and someone pushes you in another direction. Would the person walking with you help you?

Even a human being walking with you would help you, and this is God with you! Okay even if I am weak, Baba is in a combined form with me. He has such power, so why don’t you remember that? Remember that my combined form is Almighty Authority. Any soul who is weak and can’t move along on their own, if they have somebody with them, then even that weak soul can think: “I am carefree; I have someone to look after me”. In India they say that women shouldn’t go anywhere alone because something might happen to them, but, if a policeman is with them, do they need to be scared? Ministers have their “black caste” (commando bodyguards) with them protecting them. They wear black clothing and in India the black caste are highest security personnel, so the ministers feel safe with them.

So I am combined with Baba. I am not alone. Sometimes I hear that the double-foreigners feel a bit lonely. They think “oh, I’m all alone, I live by myself”. Why would you think that? Have you forgotten that you are combined? You’re not alone. That combined form is always with you and no-one can separate you from it. That is why you should never get disheartened. If you get disheartened, then you have forgotten your Companion, the One whom you’re combined with, and you can’t feel lonely. Why? Because to be alone means I have no one to speak to and no one who will listen to me. So why don’t you talk to Baba? Baba can always be with us.

When you meet the Dadis and Didis they are always busy, they haven’t got time. But has Baba ever said to you, “I don’t have time”? In the sakar form it was a little different. But when He is in the avyakt form – Brahma in the subtle region and Shiv Baba in the soul world – they are never busy. It is different when we meet them in the corporeal. Now there isn’t even time to give everyone drishti. But in the subtle regions and soul world, it doesn’t matter how many hundreds of thousands want to meet them, they can give that feeling to everyone at the same time; that feeling that they are available for them. So don’t ever think no one is interested in you. The comforter of hearts Himself is combined with you and you think you have no one to talk to? You know some sisters even give their experience of how something happened and they just say “Baba, Baba this happened; are You watching me? Now you should know what to do and I am a carefree emperor. Baba, I have this right over You and so You have to give me cooperation. He is tied in cooperation to you. Once a double foreigner said to me, “You say Baba is with me, but I think my uncles should also be with me. My uncles are Vishnu and Shankar. I tell Shankar: you have to listen to me, and hey Vishnu, you have to listen to me. I feel not only Baba is with me but Vishnu and Shankar are also with me.

Having a right on Baba as a childSo keep a right on Baba. Why should I have a burden on me? Baba says: “I have come to lift all your burdens”. That’s why He has come! He has promised us. He says I come only to lift all your burdens, so why should I keep that burden on myself? And if we have a burden, we feel heavy, and then we don’t remember Him, and then we ask Baba: “Baba, please take this burden away. I am so tired.” Baba turns round and says: “Why have you picked this burden up? Who told you to pick up such a heavy load?” Don’t forget, Baba is tied to each one of us. He has come just for us and we have a right on Him. Don’t think Baba has come for all of us, no. Baba has come especially for me, so I have a right on Him. Why shouldn’t I take His help? When Baba is telling you, “I am your Friend”, then take cooperation from Him. The One who is giving wants to give, but the one who is taking is thinking about it, is that right?

So have a full right over Baba. “Baba this happened, Baba that happened”. Like a small child. If something frightens a small child, they run to their mother: “Mum, this happened” and they go to sleep in their mother’s lap. So in front of Baba we’re just such small children. We can sleep in Baba’s lap and we can say “Baba, you know what you’re doing, so you have to cooperate with me”. Keep that right on Baba. You will never get such a right over anyone else, will you? So what are you going to do now? Are you combined? Not that He is with you as a companion, but He is combined. If anything happens, just say “Baba, Baba, Baba”. Get stuck to Baba. If a small child goes out and something happens, they run back and get stuck to their parents. I am just a trustee. The One responsible for me is Baba. I am not responsible and Baba is the One who has 1000 arms. Is there any limit to Baba’s power? He can do anything in a second, but we have to take that cooperation. If we keep that burden on us and we keep

having to make effort, what’s the point? Why should we even make any effort? The cooperation of the Almighty Authority is with me.

Victory is my birthright In India we say that where there is shakti (power) there is mukti (liberation). So if the One with all powers, the Almighty is with me, then I am liberated, I am free from everything. I should just be a carefree emperor. Just remember that. When I was very small, we used to get the illustrated weekly in Karachi. One edition had a photo of Winston Churchill, Prime minister of England. He was shown displaying the sign “v” for Victory. We were very small at that time, and when Baba wanted to call us he would clap his hands and we would all run to him. So on that particular day we were there around Baba and he showed us; look today he shows the sign of victory because he is Prime Minister, but tomorrow, when he is thrown off his chair he won’t be victorious. You children are the ones who will be victorious. When we used to sit for yoga Baba used to put a tilak on us in the shape of a “V” for victory. He used to say you should have the intoxication that victory is your birthright. Think everyday at Amrit Vela, “I am victorious”. Start everyday in this way. Think that we are already victorious. Victory is already there. Baba is combined, so how could we be defeated? Can anyone but God win? The five pandavs won because God was on their side. So Baba is combined with us. He is the Almighty Authority so we can never be defeated. We can never lose. And we haven’t just been victorious once. It’s every kalpa. We’ve been around so many times. So aren’t we going to be victorious again?

This is what Baba means by faith in the intellect and a victorious intellect. Problems only start when I have doubt with myself: “Will I be victorious and successful? Will this or that happen?” You start to doubt yourself. A doubtful intellect is always defeated. So always have faith in yourself. Baba is combined with me. Is there anything we can’t do together? Success is your birthright. It is the garland around your neck. They talk about success in all the scriptures. They say that the pandavs were the ones. Where else will success go? It has to come to us. Have such faith in your intellect, and don’t just walk along… FLY.

Baba had said at Dilwali time, “Always have the two wings of zeal and enthusiasm, because you are the ones who are going to be victorious”. Wherever there is zeal and enthusiasm, there can never be defeat. Haven’t you experienced that enthusiasm leads to victory? If, for a second, you say “Oh, I don’t know”, in that second it’s as if a leaf gets cut off the Brahmin tree. Doubt cuts you off. That’s why Baba says never to say “I don’t know if it will happen or not”. Don’t let these words even come near you. These words don’t exist in our dictionary. We know we are trikaldarshi. How can we ask if something will happen or not? Whatever Baba says, we should accept that in the form of a blessing. Then we have to use those blessings in our day-to-day life. We hear a blessing everyday, but do you use those blessings? Use that blessing all the time. It’s a blessing from God. There is always strength in a blessing, but only if you use it. Don’t use it, and it will have no strength. Then if you use blessings, this is an easy path. There will be no burden. So what do you have to remember? You are combined, are you not? Don’t write it in your diary but write it on your forehead! “I am combined” The One with 1000 arms is combined with me. Remember Baba with a right and tell Him what we have to do. Then see how much fun there is.

Everyone loves, not just the tolis, but the way Ramnath gives the tolis with that drishti and smile, so everyone loves to go to the toli department! So he is here with us – a very yogi soul – and he is going to speak about the three stages of yoga: the corporeal, angelic and incorporeal stage and how we can experience these stages in an easy manner without really making efforts. The efforts are there but it’s not that we have to really work hard, but it can be natural and easy. So he can tell you about it. Om Shanti.

Om Shanti.Today’s topic is “What is the corporeal stage, the angelic stage and the incorporeal stage?” First I will explain them to you separately and afterwards, in five minutes, you can experience all these stages. First you must have knowledge for clarity and afterwards, whenever you sit, you can climb these three steps and see yourself on the third floor. So some refined techniques are there.

If you want more subtlety and refinement and if you want to cover all the four subjects in the effort of just one second, that is also possible.

Last Go Fast – refined effortYou may have noticed in different Avyakt and Sakar murlis that Baba has said many times that the last soul can go fast and there’s a chance also to come first in the rosary. Sometimes, we used to wonder how that would be possible. If somebody has been making effort for fifty years and I only came today, how can I compete with them? In lokik life also, if parents have given birth to a child ten years ago and if you were born just today, both children will get equal share of the property. Whatever the parents' property is, both the children will get equal.

In the same way, this Incorporeal Father never has any type of partiality. If today a child is born and has just taken the 7-day course, he still has a chance to come in the rosary. Yes it is 100% possible but effort has to be refined. One second’s effort is there. You can pass with honours in all four subjects because Baba has explained such refined effort.

Corporeal stage (churning) I will tell you how to go fast, but that you must know what the corporeal stage is. You will see that there is a system here – before starting any action we do meditation – either for 1, 2 or 5 minutes before a class or murli. Why? Because we are always using this corporeal form and are in body consciousness, so when you sit in meditation, with whom will you do meditation? The soul - and we forget this. So during those few minute’s meditation, I must activate myself: I am not this, I am a point; I’m just like a white micro-star; the body is my instrument. We are churning and activating ourselves because this is necessary.

We can then forget the corporeal body, corporeal world and corporeal things. Otherwise, we remember what someone said to me or that I have to do some work etc. I remember that I have to phone someone or I have an appointment etc. How long have I had relationship with this body? Bodily relations are very deep and subtle, so to forget these things, whenever you sit, we activate our mind. I ask who am I? Why I am sitting here? What do I have to do now? In this way I detach from this body. This is called churning.

Subtle stage (conversation)The same thing we have to do with mind and intellect. We activate and we feel that we am not here. I am above space, above the sun, moon and stars and so we say that cool moonlight is there. We call it the subtle world. Who is there? Brahma Baba is there. What is he doing there? In this way we are thinking, but it is not called churning. What do we call it? It’s called conversation. (When I am body conscious and trying to detach, I’m churning). I forget; not fully, but semi. I forget myself physically and realize that I am not a body, but I am a subtle body. I feel I am above and we call this conversation.

Incorporeal stage (experiencing)We continue and go beyond with the mind and intellect…originally, where did I come from? I came from the incorporeal world. Who is there? What is that incorporeal world? So when we go there, it is never called churning, nor is it called conversation. It is called “experiencing” the incorporeal world.

You may say: Why the different words (churning, conversation and experiencing)? Because initially the mind and intellect has a difference, so in the corporeal world, it is churning. In the subtle world, I bring these two closer; it is conversation. In the incorporeal world, the mind and intellect are combined. There is perfect soul consciousness, so there, you experience. Whatever we create and activate from the mind, the intellect starts to feel. So it’s the same mind and intellect staying in the body (the soul never leaves this body in meditation). The soul is here and these are the stages, called ‘conscious travel’.

World benefactor stageSometimes we sit in the corporeal stage, and churn and get lost in that. Some souls go to the subtle world and experience that only. Some souls go beyond to the incorporeal stage and then as Baba has said, we have to give sakaash, that is, give powerful vibrations to others and that is more possible when you go into the incorporeal stage. Giving sakaash while in the incorporeal stage is the world benefactor stage. If you have done these four stages, you have had perfect meditation.

When you sit in meditation during the day for half an hour or one hour, you have to do these four stages and only then have you done full meditation. Sometimes we want to do this but feel it is very difficult. How do we take ourselves into the incorporeal world? At present, if I tell you to sit in meditation for one hour, our intellect is not so clean or divine and we cannot travel beyond space. The intellect is coated with dust and is heavy, so it is very difficult to cross these stages.

If I tell you to churn on a particular murli point, you cannot concentrate so much or go into the depth. What do we have to do? Without effort we can’t do anything, but this year Baba said in the murli that we should not do any type of effort. We should be effort free! So how are we going to get the power or the inheritance from Baba? So, we need to use such refined techniques.

The power of concentration – what is it and how do I develop it?So, to cross these stages, we firstly require concentration. You must know what concentration is. I will give you an example – it is easy. Within five minutes you can cross. Today after you listen to the techniques and then practise, you will find that it is easy. Sometimes we say: I cannot concentrate. We use this word but do you know what concentration is? Can anybody define or explain this? (Focus of mind).

I will give you an example. Suppose I have a murli book and am reading it with accurate pronunciation, but before completing one sentence, you suddenly ask me: What is it that you have just read? I say: I do not know. Then you will tell me to concentrate! I am reading with accurate pronunciation, but still you are telling me to pay attention and concentrate! What is missing here? What do I have to add? If I am trying to lift something with one hand, you would tell me to use two hands so there is no chance of failing.

I look at the book, and you are telling me to concentrate. What is that? The mind is working, continuing to read, but who has to absorb it? The intellect has to absorb it. We talk about a dull intellect or sharp intellect and it’s the intellect that has to absorb, not the mind.

Concentration is when the mind and intellect work together both at the same time on one thought.

Whatever you create, the intellect has to feel it.

There is concentration and then you start experiencing. If it is only mind that is working, we will continue to imagine and create many other thoughts. This is not meditation; it is imagination. To feel, the intellect must be with you and active. You need to know how to use it.

Sometimes we are sitting comfortably in meditation and creating very good thoughts, but suddenly the intellect will remind you that you have to phone somebody. As soon as the intellect reminds you, you come down. Who reminded you and who blocked your way? It was the intellect because it was free. We don’t know how to use it. It’s not your mind blocking your way because the mind is continuing to churn.

In India in particular, we never greet others or give respect with one hand – we join hands because it has a meaning. It means that internally and externally I am one. There is not one thing in my mind and something else is in my heart. In the same way, when I sit for study, the mind and intellect must both work. What I hear, I must feel. I must experience whilst hearing. If the intellect is absent and the mind is still listening, it looks like I am paying attention. Physically you are there but mentally you are travelling somewhere else. These two powers must both be present to be able to listen and to grasp. Sometimes we churn and read many books, but that is not how we practice Raja Yoga. In Raja Yoga just create one thought and feel what you create, and enjoy its depth and beauty. Otherwise we can go on creating many good thoughts, but there is still no enjoyment of meditation.

Bringing the mind and intellect togetherSo how can we bring these powers together? We require such techniques that work with the principle of concentration. Then we can move through these three stages of soul and angel and move into to the incorporeal easily.

If you use the principles of this spiritual knowledge and follow them with proper discipline, then instantly, there will be unique benefit. There is no need to wait or practise for one year. But what happens? We never do it with the proper system.

Sometimes we sit and churn, sometimes we sit in conversation, sometimes you go to subtle world or sometimes we take some murli point. But meditation means that I am sitting here to see and meet whom? I want to go to the subtle world and meet perfect BapDada. I want to go to the in incorporeal world, and experience the seed stage, in my home, I have to go there and experience my original stage and original home. I am sitting here with an aim, so to reach that stage, we require some techniques – some principles. So there are simple things on how to bring these two powers together and how to move through and experience these three stages.

You probably know that if you keep a piece of paper in heavy sunshine for 50 years, it never burns into ash, does it? But if you take the same paper, with the same sunshine and take a lens (if your hand is not shaking) then in a second, you can burn that paper into ash which could not be burnt in 50 years. Without the proper technique, the effort is very heavy and difficult. There is no enjoyment or enthusiasm. With the proper technique you can achieve a result within a fraction of a second. So how did the paper burn into ash in a fraction of a second? It burnt with the concentration of rays. The same here also – if you concentrate your mind and intellect on the Supreme Energy, you can see, day by day, changes in yourself. You can see changes in your attitude and sanskars because we concentrate on the Supreme Energy.

Five Steps to detaching from the corporeal world: the technique:If you want to experience the subtle or incorporeal world and if you want to detach from this corporeal, bodily feeling, these five questions are necessary.

When you sit in meditation firstly, do not think that you have to remember Baba, because first, you have to solve these five questions. Then easily, you will feel detached enough to fly. When we sit we know how to use the mind but not the intellect. Whenever you sit, create a question in your mind but do not create an answer. Ask yourself: Who am I? Who is asking who? If you ask you what your name is, you will answer. I must keep asking and keep the intellect with me, otherwise the intellect will run here and there because there are many memories.

1) Ask: who am I? Then I have to wait. The intellect will give a reply.

2) If you are satisfied with that reply, then ask the second question: If I am so and so, what is my form? The intellect will give you an answer.

3) If you are satisfied with that, then ask the third question: If I have a particular form, then what are my qualities?

4) Then ask the fourth question: If I have these qualities, then what am I doing here and what are my functions? The intellect will give the reply.

5) Then ask fifth question: If I am doing some function here, but I am not this body, then from where did I come? I know how my body grows, but I’m not from here.

Then the intellect will search: I am above the sun and moon where there is a subtle world. Then you ask: Who is in the subtle world and what is it made of? Who is there? What relationship do I have?

Opening and Using the Treasures of KnowledgeKeep asking yourself – each soul is full of knowledge; we have all types of knowledge, but we must know how to open these treasures. You have taken birth many times in this cycle, but we don’t know what to activate and what not to activate. Sometimes we activate the past or whatever you have done. We must have the key to this, so what key do we need to apply to open which box? The soul has to travel and wants to experience the incorporeal and subtle stage.

To activate such type of knowledge, I will analyze one point:The mind is asking: Who am I?

Wait and do not give an answer – you know it. The intellect will give the answer and say: I am a soul.

Then the mind will ask: What is a soul?

The intellect will reply: It was explained that I am just like a star.

The mind will say: The stars are hanging in the sky so where am I? The stars are so clean and pure; they don’t have black dots on them but I have black dots of negative thoughts, so how can I be a star?

The intellect will remind you: No, originally you came onto this earth very clean and pure. After coming here, I have recorded all these things. Otherwise originally, I am clean and pure.

Then you realize: Yes! And the intellect starts to feel.

Still, you are not convinced and the mind will ask another question. Analyze it and go into the depth of it. Convince yourself and do not go fast.

So convince yourself in this way – analyze each thought, each question. When you just say: I am a soul, the soul doesn’t experience because the intellect will never accept it. You have to analyze it. Afterwards, you can go onto another question: What is in the soul? What is the soul and its form?

What happens sometimes when you sit in meditation is that waste thoughts emerge. When I am using these two powers, mind is asking, and intellect is replying. Even if I want to think something else, the thoughts can’t emerge – they have to wait.

If you want to forget the past negative things, practise in this way and use these two powers. If you keep the intellect free, some other thought may interfere, so do not allow this to happen. Just ask simple questions and simple answers will come. There is no need to think of our form – we know the answer, so the intellect can easily create the answer. As much as you keep these two powers busy, you are freed from waste and negativity. This is called sweet silence. One is called dead silence and the other is sweet silence. You are travelling with the mind and intellect. Dead silence is nil – (the mind is not working and doesn’t feel anything). You are creating something, step by step.

Meditation is a journey. You must feel that you are climbing and you are not here.Ask:1) Who am I?2) What is my form?3) What are my qualities?4) What are my functions?5) From where do I come from?

I am above sun and moon and start searching: What is above sun and moon? There is a white, cool moonlight. Who is there? Brahma Baba is there. How did He reach his perfect stage? What relationship am I having with BapDada? You have a conversation there between your mind and intellect. You can also have a sweeet conversation with Bapdada.

What is the incorporeal world? There is only a red, gold colour. Light is there. Only when I was a perfect soul was I there. Who was with me? My Father is also here. He is like a Star. What relationship do I have with my Father? What is the difference between me and my Father? He is always ever-pure. When I am along with Him, I was also like my Father. After coming here, I used all my powers and now I am here with my Father to recharge my powers. What power do I want? Take the powers of Baba one by one and you will find that you are totally not here. You feel that you are there in the soul world.

Cleaning, recharging, ‘sweating’ In half an hour or one hour, you can stabilize your mind and intellect in the incorporeal world and you will see, that depending on the extent of time you can hold yourself there, you are recharging and cleaning. If you just sit here and repeat the technique for half an hour or an hour, nothing will happen; you won’t start ‘sweating’. If you go outside and stand in the sun’s rays, you will start sweating. Same here also; if you are sitting here in body conscious and just churning, you are creating positive thoughts, but you are not cleaning. If you want to recharge you have to travel and come out of this body. You must feel that you are above the sun and moon and in the subtle and incorporeal worlds. When you feel you are there, Baba’s pure vibrations fall on you and you start experiencing that you are being charged.

When you go to bed at night, note down what type of dreams you are having and after 15 days, when you practise this, you will see there is a change in your dreams. That means internally you are charging and cleaning because Baba is the Purifier and the Liberator. If you sit here just repeating and churning you are not sweating. The Sun’s rays must fall on you straight away. For example, if you want to listen to the BBC London, there is a certain frequency for that and if you go outside will you pick up those vibrations? In the same way, if you sit in body consciousness you will catch only bodily vibrations. You may remember somebody at home in another country and take in his vibration, but not incorporeal Father’s vibrations.

You can only catch His power when you are in perfect soul consciousness. This is the correct frequency.The soul will absorb, so I must activate myself and be ready to absorb it.

So in meditation, I never think about this body; I activate soul consciousness and then only you will see changes in yourself. There is a systematic way to do meditation. Sit alone freely; talk to yourself and use your subtle powers. If you can’t sit by force for one hour, sit for 5 or 10 minutes as per your ability and capacity. Do not suppress thoughts but ask questions about the self. There is no chance to activate the past memories or other things in the form of waste thoughts because you are giving work to your mind.

Convincing the self and changing sanskarsEach day we hear the murli points but we forget after one hour because the intellect is not clean enough to grasp it. How do we make it clean? If you exercise the mind and intellect early in the morning for 5 or 10 minutes, you will see, day by day, your memory power will increase and you will naturally remember the murli points. If you remember the murli points, then you can put them into action. Just as Baba says: You should not get angry and you say: Yes, it is a very good point; I should not get angry. But then, if I go to the office and someone disturbs me, anger comes and then you realize: Oh, Baba said that I shouldn’t get angry. But it is too late because that knowledge did not emerge. I am telling you this because sometimes you feel that by just doing meditation, it will clean our sanskars and just by listening to the knowledge, we will change our sanskars, but no. Knowledge is not everything because we have to apply it and use it.

I had a habit of eating ice cream since childhood and when I grew up and took this knowledge, I heard Baba say strictly that you should not eat from outside and then I realized that I should not do that because it is not good for my health. But whenever I go out and see the ice cream and my mouth starts to water, if there is nobody around, I will eat the ice cream. Why? Because the habit is not finished. Since childhood it is a deep-rooted habit and sanskar, even though I don’t want to eat it. But here, if you have done very good meditation and have understood the knowledge, suddenly the intellect will convince you that it is not good to eat anything from outside; it is not good for your health. Baba said that you should not eat anything from outside. If you have recorded the knowledge properly, the intellect will convince the mind and you will change and try to control the habit.

For example, if a child is doing something wrong, the mother will try to convince the child, but who is going to convince me if I am alone? It is the intellect. So Baba says that when you hear, listen with attention. Just by hearing we cannot remember, so when you sit in murli class, you note down and then sit alone and convince yourself what Baba said and what is the meaning of it and how I am going to apply it. Make a plan and convince your intellect, then one day the intellect will give the order. A trained intellect will control the sanskar, and then day by day, the sanskar becomes weak. You can make the sanskar very weak by controlling and convincing.

To convince, we require knowledge and a clean intellect. When we listen in this atmosphere, you are OK, but when you go outside, you forget because we go into another atmosphere. So when you sit, recollect it and then sit alone and convince yourself of what Baba said today and make a plan. If your intellect is ready it will convince the mind, but sometimes the intellect is not ready. It will say: How can I leave this favourite ice cream? I cannot do this; other things I will do but I must eat this ice cream. Then how will you control? So after hearing the knowledge you must convince and prepare the intellect. The intellect must be ready to leave it and whenever you see ice cream, the intellect will remind you: You should not do this.

Overcoming Waste Thoughts about othersUp to now Baba has given seven murlis in which the essence of the whole seven of them is also one second’s effort and it’s so easy. Do it just for one day and you will see how light you will feel. Any time you are light, you can easily do meditation. So what is that effort?

Suppose I am going from here to my room and while going I see many brothers, sisters, workers and many others. As I’m walking I see a certain brother and start thinking: Oh, I met this brother last year; he comes from Holland and he said this to me ten years ago...he got angry with me… and then all this starts. This is waste. What do I have to do? How to avoid this? You think: No, I do not want to think of him, but no, you replace those thoughts and substitute the thoughts with something else because I cannot close my eyes; I have to see everyone and I have to work with them.

So, whenever you start to have waste thoughts when you see anyone, ask Baba: Give him the power of peace. Again, you see another soul and you ask Baba: Give him the power of purity. Just create one thought – do not even say om shanti. Baba said: Use Me; I have all these powers for you children. Sometimes you feel that if you keep giving, one day you will be empty, but do not give from your own pocket. Baba is full of treasures; you take from Him.

If you cannot sit for meditation – leave it. If you cannot churn – forget it. Sometimes you feel: Oh, I can’t sit in meditation – my body is not cooperating – I feel sick. OK, there are many excuses. You may say: I’m busy and I have no time from morning till night. OK, work for 12 hours but you cannot close your eyes, so wherever you are, in any corner of the world, whenever you see any human being, just do one thing: Give him something. What can I give? What do I have? I many not have anything, but I have my Father, the Almighty; He has everything, so just take from those treasures.

Serving others through vibrationsBaba says to serve others by vibrations and this is necessary nowadays. Vibrations are more powerful than words. Suppose someone is sitting next to you whilst travelling. Do not say anything to him or he will say: Why do you disturb me? Don’t give in words, but create a thought, because I want to teach the soul and not the body. Body language is very difficult. I want to give a message to the soul not the body. You give it in soul language and you have to develop this technique.

When you develop this and then see that person, suddenly you see Baba and you never come under his influence; his negative vibrations cannot reach you. When he creates negative vibrations, I send positive vibrations in advance, so I stop his negative vibrations and protect myself. If you create this, after some time, there is an aura around you and they will see you as an angel. Baba has been saying that when someone sees you they must see you as angel. How is it possible?

You must practise this:If you create positive vibrations then day by day, there will be an aura around you, but this practice is very subtle because we have a habit from many lives of automatically seeing someone as male or female. This is a natural nature and I have to change this nature. So initially, you require attention and afterwards it becomes a natural habit. You will remember: Oh I have to give him something. When you are in an outside, negative environment, you will be safe and those vibrations will never attack you and you will never come under the influence of others’ vibrations. Nowadays self protection is important. For example, when you wear white clothes, it is your duty to protect them. You cannot say: He has done something to my clothes– you cannot blame others – it is your responsibility to look after them.

This Brahmin life is very important and valuable. Somebody many think negative thoughts about you and you can send powerful vibrations, but they must not touch me. I must always be ready to create vibrations. You may ask: How do I create these? It’s such a simple technique. When you open your eyes, Baba has given, in particular, eight powers. Early in the morning, you recharge and take from Baba.

Keeping the intellect clean Because you cannot run away from the world and you have to do many things, whenever you see any soul, you only have one thing to do, but if I get influenced during the day, see what happens when you sit in meditation the next morning. We make our intellect just like a dustbin. When I see someone I record his photo; when someone is talking and I give attention, I record it and when someone is doing

something, I record it. From morning till evening, how many things am I going to record and what will come out when I sit in meditation? Will Baba or a murli point come out?

So, how to stop recording? How to keep your intellect clean? You can see that some children wear white clothes and within an hour they are dirty, but some children stay clean for the whole day. It is the same here. Within one minute, you can make the intellect dirty. We may do very good meditation in the early morning, but when we come outside, we discharge all the powers. We do not know how to maintain it and that is most important. So to maintain your stage, whenever you open your eyes, any soul that you see (whether in knowledge or not - after all, he is a soul and was in soul world with me), create a powerful thought and give him a blessing. If you do this all day, you will be free from negative vibrations, always detached without recording anyone else and then we can fly in meditation. Then throughout the day I have been able to maintain my stage, the intellect is not impure and it will be easy to fly. Is this difficult or easy? This is why Baba says that the last soul can go fast. There is no need to sit for one hour meditation. It is not necessary. There is no need to churn more.

This one second easy-effort is constantly serving and maintaining a link with the Almighty, with Baba,and constantly creating positive thoughts for others.

Making fast progressThese are refined techniques to go fast and if somebody wants to go fast, there is still the chance. So you might think that you can’t cover all the subjects – you can only cover one subject, but no. You can combine the four subjects in one second’s effort. Forget other things. Convince yourself and change it. If you do this, you will always feel very light, smiling, and won’t attract anything else and will never come under the influence of any negative vibrations. So you keep on serving others and so, you must enjoy, no?

Try it today and 1% it is possible and tomorrow 2%. For example, if you remember when you see the first soul and then forget when you see the second, do not worry and lose your patience. Sometimes we expect 100% result, but do not worry. So once again you try and initially you will remember and then you will forget again! In this way, you will develop this habit. Because our intellect has many memories, we are engaged in many worries and responsibilities and our mind is not free. Sometimes we cannot churn or remember but just think of one point – it’s so simple and easy: I have to serve others by vibrations. Don’t even give knowledge- give blessings then we can serve the whole world.

We collect knowledge and information but the power is not there, so now Baba has said, the time has come to give sakaash, that is, powerful vibrations and then you are remembering Baba. When you sit early in the morning, do this meditation because then through the whole day you can maintain it. Clean your past and recharge and through the day, protect yourself from new accounts.

The fourth stage is world benefactor stage. You can serve all the worldly souls. Is this possible or difficult? Is this clear to you? Baba has given many refined techniques so new souls can go very fast.

ConclusionOur aim is what? If you ask who am I and the intellect does not give an answer, other thoughts will emerge. Our aim is not to answer – the answer can be anything. Our aim is to keep these two powers of mind and intellect busy because I have to take these two powers up above and if I keep them free here, the atmosphere here is negative and other physical thoughts will come. So the aim is to ensure that other thoughts should not enter. Once you leave the corporeal world and travel to the soul world with Baba the atmosphere above the sun and moon is charged. In the soul world other thoughts never come and you can do whatever you want. But until you leave the corporeal world these four questions are necessary.

My intellect is coated with dust and with this practice, day by day, I clean. When my intellect is clean, then it is called divine and that intellect will enable me to ‘see’. When we sit in meditation we clean the mind and intellect and then during the day, we make it dirty. So, two things are given to you: In the morning

you clean and then throughout the day, you try to maintain that. If you do this, within a few days (3-10 days) you can be the embodiment. You can see in the incorporeal or subtle world how much you keep your intellect clean. That’s why both techniques have been explained.Now we will practise…

Transformation in the Confluence AgeSr Hemlatta and B.K. Khem Jokhoo. Trinidad. West Indies. Jan 25 2007.

In the confluence age, the corporeal stage is one of duality as it fluctuates between the “body conscious stage” and the “soul conscious stage”. In the early days of the confluence age, it was referred to a game of “forgetting the awareness of the body” and one of “remembering the awareness of the soul”. The body conscious stage is when your thoughts, words and actions are influenced by the body or bodily relations, nature as well as the vices and without the knowledge of the soul or awareness of God. On the other hand, the soul conscious stage is when your thoughts, words and actions are under the full awareness of the soul (avyakt) and remembrance of God. The corporeal stage can be visualised as a tree of actions where two distinct branches diverge symmetrically in the shape of the letter “Y” at precisely the beginning of the confluence age. One branch represents the branch of “body conscious actions” that bears fruits of sorrow hidden behind the leaves of temporary of happiness whereas the other branch of “soul conscious actions” bears fruits of happiness that leads to contentment.

Initially, it appears as a paradox to speak about a corporeal soul conscious stage. This is because “corporeal” refers to the body, created from the five elements and physical in nature, whereas the soul is considered as “incorporeal”, non-physical and subtle in nature. It is much easier to accept the fact that the body is a physical perishable biological creation, however, it takes much more to convince one that the soul is a tiny point of light, subtle, imperishable and eternal, as it cannot be seen with the physical eyes. This is because we have physical evidence of the anatomy of the body whereas anatomy of the soul is only accepted when one experiences the qualities and powers of the soul. This is why only a few follow the path of soul consciousness. In addition, transformation of the soul can only take place when the soul is in a body as purification of the soul is through the performance of soul conscious elevated actions and the constant remembrance of God. It is the soul that undergoes transformation although the body receives some benefits arising from a change of activities and diet when there is a shift to soul conscious elevated actions. A soul needs a body to effect this transformation and hence the term “corporeal stage”. Transformation of the soul means a change in the consciousness of the “intellect”, burning of negative “sanskars” and control of the “mind”.

The Stages and Methods of Transformation in the Corporeal Soul Conscious StageThe secret to effect transformation is two fold. Firstly, the sins of the present birth are absolved by performing elevated actions in a soul conscious stage with God consciousness. Secondly, sins accumulated from previous birth can be removed by burning those negative sanskars in constant tapasya in deep volcanic stage of yoga. This requires one to always be in the avyakt or incorporeal (bodiless) stages. This requires a long period of constant practice to make these stages natural, elevated and perfect. During many avyakt murlis, BapDada teaches the children the method how to remain in the bodiless stage so that one can attain the angelic karmateet stage from the effort-making Brahmin stage.

In the murli of 17.07.69, Shiv Baba said that you must consider yourself to be guest (mehman) in this body as well as the world and all your thoughts, words and actions should remain avyakt (soul conscious) whilst you are in the corporeal stage. This is the practice to attain the final perfect stage of being incorporeal and karmateet.

BapDada says by constant practice of the avyakt stage “Gradually you will develop the stage in which you will be able to know in advance what is inside each one. The more you stabilize yourself in the avyakt stage, whether someone speaks through the mouth or not, the more you will be able to know that one’s feelings in advance”.

Shiv Baba continues to advise in the murli of 06.02.69, that you have to consider yourself to be a guest (mehman) and do not be influenced by praise (mahima). If you are influenced by praise, you will not be able to become a guest. This is the method to remain stable in a high (mahan) avyakt stage and become elevated and to perform elevated actions. Even the slightest difference between being a guest and praise brings about a lot of fluctuation.

The last blessings from sakar Brahma after the 8.30 p.m. night murli of 18.01.69, just prior to becoming avyakt, were to become incorporeal in your thoughts (nirakari), egoless in your words (nirahankari) and viceless in your actions (nirvikari). By being humble you will automatically develop these three specialties. The blessings from Shiv Baba was “May you be incorporeal and karmateet”.

Avyakt Image should be visible in your Corporeal Image for Subtle Service.Shiv Baba has given the yukti in 06.02.69 that you have to make the avyakt stage stable and constant such that through your every activity, the divine activity of Bap and Dada should be visible. Only that Father should be seen in your eyes and only His knowledge should be heard in your speech. Every divine activity should be merged in our every activity. People should see that alokik image in your image; the avyakt image should be visible in your corporeal image. However, Shiv Baba advises that although body consciousness is the main obstacle, the desires of name and fame as well as recognition and appreciation will come in royal form and then you will not be able to face situations. Shiv Baba in his divine message on 24.04.69 said that even whilst living in the corporeal, you have to remain as a form of light and might, so that anyone who sees you, sees you as an angel walking around. But that stage will only be possible when you sit in solitude, become introverted and check yourself. It is only through this stage that others will have a vision through you children.

Transforming Spiritual Intoxication in the Practical Corporeal FormThe method for transformation of sanskars is to be the corporeal embodiment of the intoxication of the form of a soul, the spiritual unique life, the angelic stage and your future golden-aged form. Do not only have it in thought but bring it into the corporeal form and then nothing can become an obstacle. This is the reason that sanskars have not yet been transformed. But it must not only be on the level of understanding, it must come into action, i.e. life (see also 31.12.06). This is what is meant by bringing it into the corporeal form. When transformation is visible in every action and connection, that is the stage of the alokik, the unique spiritual intoxication takes the corporeal form. Now let each intoxication come into life. From your drishti, from your smile on your lips, the words, let there be the experience of the practical, corporeal form of spiritual intoxication.

The one who has spiritual intoxication will not be able to hide this spiritual sparkle. The sparkle will be in a clearly visible form and their vibrations will automatically attract others. Bring all of this into corporeal form. On the basis of this you have become knowledgeful but by bringing knowledge into corporeal life, then, as well as being knowledgeful, you will also experience being successful and blissful. The more you experience this intoxication in life, the more you will become the carefree emperor, constantly free of all worries.

The Bodiless and Avyakt Stages required to follow FatherShiv Baba in murli of 19.12.85 says “in order to constantly follow the Father; you must keep your intellect stable on two levels of consciousness. The consciousness of following the Father is that of being stable in the bodiless stage, the state free from the body, the state which is incorporeal. In order to follow Dada, that is, Brahma Baba, constantly have the ethereal (akari or avyakt) consciousness. To stabilise in both these stages of consciousness means to follow the Father. Baba warns the children that they should not come down into the gross consciousness of the body, the consciousness of humans. The gross consciousness and the consciousness of humans are the basis for pulling the soul down”.

However in murli of 16.12.93 Baba says that “while moving along, you let go of the Seed and become attracted to the twigs and branches. Some make other souls their support, whereas others make the facilities their support. You easily experience the support of relationships with bodily beings in body

consciousness, but you experience the support of the Father when you go beyond body consciousness. You have the habit of coming into body consciousness. You come into body consciousness against your conscious wish. This is why you easily experience the support of a relationship with bodily beings. Even when you understand that is not right, you still make them your support. Maya then seizes her chance and transforms your intellect to such an extent that you experience the false support to be the real support. At that time you experience wrong to be right. He is incorporeal and subtle, He is not physical, but you can experience every relationship in a corporeal form”.

Making the Corporeal Stage Powerful to Give Visions of the Incorporeal FormIn murli of 15.09.69 Shiv Baba says that “if you stabilise yourself in the incorporeal stage beyond sound and then come into the corporeal, you would be able to bring others into that stage also. You must become incorporeal in one second and corporeal in one second. When your stage becomes like this, then whilst you are in the corporeal form, everyone will have a vision of your incorporeal form”.

In 26.06.69, ShivBaba says “the main teaching of the Guru that you have to follow is to be bodiless, to be incorporeal and to be detached. You have the pilgrimage of remembrance so that even whilst in the corporeal form you can remain incorporeal, detached and bodiless. Only when you are bodiless will you be able to return with the Guru”. “The incorporeal and bodiless are stages of the intellect, but you should also be able to be detached whilst performing actions, and also remain unique, so that seeing your every action, people feel that you are unique, that you are not mundane (lokik), but divine (alokik) So this is most essential in order to increase your decision making power”.

In murli of 24.07.70 Shiv Baba urges, “you should experience the avyakt (non-body, subtle, angelic) stage whilst being “vyakt”(corporeal). Baba says that you must stabilize yourself in the stage of a point when you are meeting BapDada. The final effort is that of remembrance. When you first started to practice this, you found it difficult to maintain the avyakt stage whilst being in the corporeal form. Just as it is becoming easy for you to stay in the avyakt stage and carry out any task, in the same way, the stage of the point-form will also become easy. If you are not stable in the angelic stage, that is, the avyakt stage, then you will find it difficult to stabilise in the point-form”.

Following the Footsteps of Corporeal Brahma Baba“The corporeal life of corporeal Brahma Baba became the instrument to show you how to be liberated while performing karma; how to be free from the bondage of karma; how to stay in the body and yet maintain the bodiless state of consciousness; how to be free from the bondages of the body and keep the mind lost in the intoxication of love of One; how to use every fraction of a penny of wealth in a worthwhile cause. A soul caught in the bondages of karma, became the example and became karmateet. And now he is teaching you in the avyakt form so that you may create the subtle stage of consciousness. There is no soul who had a stage of detachment to the same extent”. 19.12.85.

“The basis for success in any type of elevated actions is renunciation, intense meditation and service. Renunciation of what? Renunciation of just one thing makes all renunciation easy and automatic. That renunciation is of body consciousness. Renunciation of body consciousness makes one renounce the consciousness of the limited “I” very easily. The limited “I” and “mine” finishes, then what remains? The remaining is the form of “I am a pure soul and mine in One Father and none other”. 08.04.84.

Blessings from Avyakt Dristi is Permanent, Blessings from Corporeal Dristi can be forgotten.“The word you use is “avyakt” and yet your desire is to experience the meeting in the corporeal. Why is this? It is because it seems easier. Now like the Father, become avyakt. Have you served in the subtle form? Even the avyakt has to come into the corporeal. Now become avyakt, destroy all attachment, maintain the consciousness of One, that is become the embodiment of remembrance.

It is the right of the children to have the murli. The meeting through the murli and through avyakt drishti is the children right. Through “words” and through “drishti”, both forms of meeting can give the experience

of blessings. This is why, now, stabilise your consciousness in the subtle stage and experience all blessings through the drishti. Otherwise, in seeking to listen, you may miss the importance of drishti.

Experience claiming all rights and all blessings simply through drishti. The more that you stabilise your consciousness in the subtle stage, the more you will be able to catch the language of avyakt drishti. A blessing received through drishti is a blessing or permanent transformation. Whereas the blessing that comes through words is sometimes remembered and sometimes forgotten”. Murli 11.11.85.

“Only my children who are stable in the avyakt stage will understand this. Whilst all of you children are stable in the avyakt stage, whom are you seeing? Are you seeing him (Brahma Baba) in the vyakt (corporeal) form or the avyakt (subtle) form? Are you in the corporeal or the subtle stage? If you look whilst in the vyakt stage, you will not be able to see the father. Today I have come to meet you from the subtle region. By taking your own avyakt form and receiving blessings through avyakt drishti, you become the embodiment of remembrance permanently; you become the embodiment of power. So through drishti learn the language of drishti”. 23.01.69.

“Is there a difference between meeting the avyakt form and meeting the corporeal form? The value of the avyakt meeting is in letting go of the corporeal feelings (The meaning of Avyakt is to be beyond corporeal feelings and wishes-09.01.93). Do you know the signs by which one is able to discern the avyakt stage in you? There will be uniqueness in each action and secondly, whilst performing every action, there will be the experience of super sensuous joy from every physical sense. Their eyes, features and activity will always remain in super sensuous happiness and they will be stable in the avyakt form whilst in the corporeal form”. 17.05.69.When you come in front of BapDada, He knows the thoughts and feelings within your mind… you children have to study the final course… the language of feelings and thoughts. 22.01.70.

The Deep Secrets of the Corporeal Form and Stage of the Confluence StageFor one to experience the corporeal stage, there must be a corporeal form. Once the soul enters a corporeal form, it must perform actions and the karmic quality of the actions determines the corporeal stage. When the soul is in transition and does not have a body, no actions can be performed and the stage of the soul is unchanged during this period. The soul starts off with a satopradhan stage when it first enters the cycle and coming to the end of the cycle it is in the tamopradhan stage. In the auspicious confluence age when God descends, all souls have the opportunity to make effort in the corporeal stage and form to transform the soul from a tamopradhan stage to the satopradhan stage. We have to use this same tamopradhan corporeal body to make this transformation. To do this, the soul must now be in the corporeal soul conscious stage and instead of seeing the physical body, the soul must now experience the awareness of its subtle form of light. All souls have their final perfect avyakt form and effort-making perfect stage in the subtle region. The next step is to constantly practice the eternal bodiless form as a point of light.

The main aim is to change the state of consciousness of the intellect so that the intellect becomes stable in the avyakt or bodiless stages. Just as a physical swing always comes to rest at a fix position, so too, the swing of the intellect must always come to rest in the avyakt or bodiless stages. This is because you always come into the corporeal form to do service from the incorporeal stage.

The Final Form, Service, Stage and Activity while in the Corporeal Form and StageIt is mainly in the bodiless stage also called the incorporeal or seed stage that the soul has the opportunity to burn its old negative sanskars and to emerge it satopradhan sanskars as well as to settle its past karmic accounts. The Jwala Devi form of light is experienced and you become the embodiment of power, the fearsome form, the form that destroys sanskars and obstacles instantly. Dadiji Prakashmani always gave the blessings that when Brahmins become lighthouses and mighthouses, then this light and might would make this world like the subtle region. When this world becomes like the subtle region, completion and

perfection would become final and children would raise the flag of revelation in their hearts as a return of their love and establishment would take place.
