2. Parameter AdjustmentTooling set includes: UV Testing paper, White testing paper.2.1 Adjusting IR Sensors: 1. Putting the any paper on the Currency Slippery Plank to block the Stacker sensor. 2. Power on the V ＆T 2900CUV -- The counting display will show “E23”

3. Putting the white testing paper in the machine to block the all sensor.

Caution: Be sure the white testing paper blocks in the middle position to cover all

the IR sensors. 4. Set the multi-meter measure method according to the parameter.

Test the testing point.

Calibrate the variable resister to the standard parameter value.

Caution: Be sure the upper cover is close before adjusting the sensors.

2.2 Adjusting UV Sensors: 1. Putting the any paper on the Currency Slippery Plank to block the Stacker sensor. 2. Power on the V ＆T 2900CUV -- The counting display will show “E23” 3. Putting the UV testing paper in the machine to block the all sensor. (no particle UV testing paper is above in the machine)

Caution: Be sure the UV testing paper blocks in the middle position to cover LED.

4. Set the multi-meter measure method according to the parameter.

Test the testing point.

Calibrate the variable resister to the standard parameter value.

Caution: Be sure the upper cover is close before adjusting the sensors.

3. Advance Setting a. The way to enter the advance setting. Press and hold the “UV” Key, then power on the machine to enter the Advance Setting. “UV” + Power on the machine

3. Double SensitivityThe sensitivity level of Double SensitivityThe range of the setting is OFF~7. (Default: 3)The OFF means disable the Double detection.The higher value means higher sensitivity.

e. Default (factory) Setting： The way to enter the Default Setting Press and hold “ADD” Key and Power on the machine

and then Press “RESTART” Key. “ADD” + Power on the machine + “RESTART”

4. Trouble shootingEvents and relevant remedies:

The machine fails

to power on.

(1) The Transformer faulty. Change the Transformer (03-002)

(2) The Electric Capacity is faulty.Change the Electric Capacity (03-003)

(3) The connector or connection line

is loose.Check all the connectors and connection lines.

(4) The Fuse is faulty Change the Fuse

(5) The main board is faulty Replace the power board (01-001).

The motor fails to

rotate.

(1) The motor is faulty. Replace the motor (03-001).

(2) The rotation speed sensor is

faulty

Replace the rotation speed sensor is
