1. Marking a Cutting Point

Mark a sheath removing point on the

cable with a piece of tape at a 70cm

point from the cable cut end.

2. Sheath Removing

Remove the cable sheath from the

marked point by using a sheath

stripper.

3. Cutting Aramid Yarn

Cut off the aramid yarn.

4. Inserting Drop Cable

Pass the drop cable through the main

body drop cable port to the cable cut

end.

5. Fixing Drop Cable

By using drop cable holder, insert each

drop cable into the drop cable holder.

6. Preparation Pigtail

Remove leave a 50cm pigtail by using

a sheath Cutter

7. Splicing

Splice fibers in accordance with

splicing method to be approved.

8. Fixing Splice Protection Sleeve

After the splice, insert the splice

protection sleeve in each slit

accordingly.

9. Routing Drop Cable

Route drop cable them into stacked

main body

10. Pigtail Connection

Connect the pigtails to the adapters.

Route pigtail into stacked main body

11. Patch cord Connection

Connect the patch cord to the adapters.

Route patch cord into stacked main body

12. Fixing Patch cord

By using drop cable holder, insert

each patch cord into the drop cable

holder.

13. Mounting on the wall (A Type)

Drilling a 10 hole in the wall by using

a tool

After inserting a plastic plug anchor to

hole, drive in a plastic plug anchor with

a hammer.

M6 Bolt Fixing

In case of M6 bolt, Fix the outlet

body on the wall by screwing in

the M6 hole of the body with screw

driver

as shown above picture .

M3 Bolt Fixing

In case of M3 bolt, Fix the outlet body

on the wall by screwing in the M3

holes of the body with screw driver as

shown above picture .

14. Finishing the OUTLET

Using the Holder gasket

In case of no use of inlet port. Please block one of the inlet ports

not used with silicon gasket to keep sealing

Using the Spiral tube

Fix the protection tube on the “A” as shown above picture
