You have to open PowerShell as an Administrator and input these two commands inthe Command Line Interface :

Get-VpnConnection

pentru disable:Set-VpnConnection -Name "VPN Name" -SplitTunneling $True

pentru enable:Set-VpnConnection -Name "Converged - Witbank" -SplitTunneling $False

It's in the Feedback tool: Networks, Connecting with a VPN client, then search for "gateway."
