VoICE.NET (Voter Information, Communication and Education Network) is a global knowledge network for sharing
knowledge, resources and expertise on Voter Education. It serves as a repository of data, education tools, research
papers, creatives and best practices on voter education.
It was launched in October 2016 at the International Conference on Voter Education for Inclusive, Informed and Ethical
Participation held at New Delhi and adopted by 25 EMBs and international organizations. At present, VoICE.NET has
29 active partners (EMBs and International Organizations) and numerous other associates across the world.
VoICE.NET is maintained by the Election Commission of India and available at portal http://voicenet.in/
An Introduction
To maximize the international experience sharing on voter education and learning
from each other, a quarterly global magazine, VoICE International was
launched in January 2017. All eight issues of VoICE International, each based on a
specific theme, are available at http://voicenet.in/voiceinternational.htm.
Partner countries have been contributing actively in VoICE International.
