Volvo is currently looking for some elite facilities to add to our Volvo Certified Collision Network. In order to become a potential Volvo Certified Collision Facility you must be sponsored by a local Volvo Retailer and must reside inside that retailers Area of Responsibility (AOR). • Collision Facility will receive access to the VIDA system for Volvo Parts & Service repair information. VIDA subscription is included in the cost of Certification. • Collision Facility will not receive access to the Diagnostics and Software Download modules of VIDA. These modules are available for subscription beyond the scope of this program.• VIDA also supply’s repairers with the necessary parts cataloging, part numbers and part diagrams needed in order to repair the vehicle safely and properly.
