Terms and Conditions

1. All reservation must be done by calling UOB Lady’s dedicated Hotline at 03-26123333 at IVR Option 8 by selecting event code.

2. Workshop is only open for Malaysia UOB Lady’s cardmembers who are valid, subsisting and in good standing on first come first serve basis.

3. Open for 200 reservation seats for each session. 4. United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) (“UOBM”) reserves the rights to change, cancel,

suspend the time/venue of the workshop without prior notice at its obsolete discretion. 5. UOBM shall not be responsible for any defect of items purchased during the workshop.

Reservation Flow Step 1: Call UOB Lady’s Dedicated Customer Service Line at 03-26123333 Step 2: Choose Language and IVR Option 8 (Event Reservation) Step 3: Choose Event Code preferred Step 4: Follow Instructions of announcement to key in IC No, Last four digit of Lady’s card number and mobile number. Step 5: Announcement on event successfully booked. Step 6: SMS will be sent to successful cardmembers on the week of workshop date.
