CombinationTelling your Lions that a procedure is not working
correctly and a new one must be established
(autocratic). Establishing rules to ensure safety
and delegating tasks in order to implement the
new procedure (bureaucratic). Asking for their
ideas and input on creating a new procedure
(democratic). Giving the teams free rein to
accomplish their tasks (laissez faire).
