VOLUMETRIC DOSING UNIT LDM SERIE

Volumetric Dosing unit for masterbatch series LDM, to mount directly on the injection moulding, extrusions and blow moulding units. In case of application to the injection mould, the dosing is intermittent according to the injection mould. Used to the extrusion and blow moulding the dosing process is continuous through interface the signal of the outgoing material and the machine.Very compatible unit, which uses the principle of the screw to transfer the masterbatch or the additives withextreme precision.

Volumetric dosing unit LDM, suitable for direct injection, extrusion and blow moulding machine mounting. Compact system with one dosing screw conveying masterbatch or additives to the plastification screw.

The screw is driven by a constant torque brushless motor with a robust gearbox. This motor grants a constant precision also with different master characteristics.

The dosing unit is completed with electronic control, evolved with Easy Dosing microprocessor, which operates everything automatically and guarantees automatic adjustment to the working parameters, for example:

• working in parallel with signal from extrusion or cyclically with the injection MOULDING MACHINE.• manual or automatic way of working.• memory capacity to recall a recipe.• simple and complete visualization of the working process and parameters.• fast calibration of the dosing unit production only with inserting the wished percentage of the additive.• constant control of the motor rotation and injection time in every cycle to guarantee the precision.• adjustable material shortage alarm on the dosing hopper.• acoustic alarm possibility

Volumetric dosing unit for masterbatch LDE serie for direct mounting on injection molding machines, extruders and blow molding machines. Volumetric dosing unit series lDP1 for powder materials, designed for installation on injection presses, extruders and blow mouldings. Very compact unit that uses the screw technology to transfer the material into the plastification screw. The screw is operated by a constant torque brushless motor which guarantees constant precision. Main features: - Very compact design; - Easy inspection, by simply pressing on a lever it is possible to access any interior part of the machine; - Use of brushless motor ensures reliability and requires no maintenance over time as well as a constant torque on the whole speed range; - Easy calibration system, dosing test to program the machine. - Screw in stainless steel; - non-stick tEFlon screw cylinder; - Body dispenser in thermoplastic material resistant up to 130° C; - Stainless steel hopper with internal shaker; - Safety guarantee: screw can only be accessed when the machine is turned off to avoid any accident which could cause injury to the operator.
