Finally, I want to send a very special “Thank you” to Judy Elliott for coming up with and coordinating our first quarterly “We don’t need a reason to have a Pot-Luck luncheon”. A MESSAGE FROM AMANDA…………. Thank you to everyone for your patience and understanding during the installation of our new Kellpro Server. The installation was very quick and smooth. Our next big project is to upgrade our Exchange (Email) server. Now would be a good time to backup any important emails you may have. Making regular backup files of any important data you have is always a good idea. One way to back up e-mail messages is to use the AutoArchive feature in your Outlook software. Archiving means moving messages to an archive file on your hard drive. Another way to make a backup file involves copying the contents of the message folder to a Personal Folders file. Microsoft Outlook has a wizard that makes this process easy. Once you have your backup file you can then copy it onto a CD, DVD, or Flash Drive for safekeeping. For detailed instructions on backing up your email files you can visit http://office.microsoft.com/support and select Outlook.

Congratulations to Sheriff Bob Colbert who was honored recently with an award from the Gun Owners of America and presented by organization president, Larry Pratt for his commitment to upholding the second amend-

ment of the U.S. Constitution.

Gun Owners of America (GOA) is a non-profit organization formed to ad-vocate for the Second Amendment rights of gun owners and Pratt was in Oklahoma to hear from activists and visit with legislators about several pieces of legislation. He was the speaker at the Tulsa County Republican men's club at their monthly luncheon at the Stokely Event Center. The event was attended by a crowd of over 200 supporters including several members

of Sheriff Colbert's staff and family and several others from Wagoner County.
