This is an annual event that the Exchange Club of Killeen celebrates while donating money to local community agencies or projects. MARTIN LUTHER KING COMMEMORATION Youth Programs projects, Exchange’s Naonal Headquarters hosts a scholarship compeon for students who have been awarded at the club- level and then district-level. The students, who have worked their way to the naonal compeon under the Youth of the Year and Accepng the Challenge of Excellence (A.C.E.) programs, are considered for the opportunity to be awarded $10,000 each toward their higher-educaon careers. - Our Youth of the Semester will compete for $1000 scholarships on the local level and the winners are forwarded to the Texas District. District winners go on to Naonal.
