The beach is calling me now,
I must go. The first few
hours, soak in and enjoy the
hotel ocean view, rest,
absorb, reflect. Then take a
long beach walk and play in
the ocean. Later, enjoy the
boardwalk activities,
carnivals, shows, and games.
Work will not happen today!
Refuse to go to work, take
the day off, kick back and do
nothing but enjoy the
moments. Don’t give into the
temptation to work from
home, turn your computer
off, don’t answer calls from
work, don’t read work emails,
avoid the lure of overtime
pay. Put every customer,
client, associate on the it can
wait list or someone else can
do it list. Yes, they can. This
is the last summer holiday
weekend of the year for
many of us. Take time to
enjoy your day off anyway
you desire.

Beach Party! Let’s go! This is
one of the best stress relief
environments. If you focus
on the ocean and nature.
“The number one benefit for hitting the beach is stress relief. As soon as you exit your vehicle and step out into the sun, you feel the calming effects wash over you like water. “ “ Benefits of taking a break or vacation time: reduced

Summer Goodbye:
Yes, it’s time to say goodbye now We’ll miss her so very much She gave us many smiles With her fragrant brilliant touch Summer’s pink and white impatiens Filled numerous pots and corners Nearly spent now as we feel
A bit like nature’s mourners The green leaves that we love as well Will turn their autumn colors Reds and yellows so magnificent Always spectacular like no others
There is a chill that fills the air is now A turning point for sure Earthiness is taking over From summer so sweet and pure
But it’s okay, don’t you think? As our seasons come and go We’ll have winter and then spring Before the summer we love so!

Hello Autumn, Goodbye Summer:
Summer says so long as glorious autumn takes it place
Less humidity and cooler nights puts smiles on our face;
Cloudy fall wet days give relief from the hot blazing sun
Spectacular fall colors have only just wondrously begun;
A previously soft velvet lawn is sadly now a hoar frost crunch
Squirrels dashing frantically collecting nuts for winters munch;
Trees boastfully showing off their multi-colorful leaves so grand
While a wonderful cascading light snow beautifully coats the land;
Sweat glands sigh in relief as shivering becomes the norm
Bracing ourselves for the transition as the seasons transform;
Needing gloves to keep icy fingers warm on our daily walks
Observing abundant harvest displays mixed with corn stalks;
The shortening days lets the moon have it's grateful turn
To shine in brilliance more often until summer does return.
