Viola Gibson is pleased to announce that

we received a $250

grant from HyVee for

our gardens. HyVee

granted $23,000 to

local business and

schools in the Cedar

Rapids metropolitan

area!

For the past

few years, we have

been planting flowers

in the front of the

building and

vegetables on the

smaller playground. We started working with

some people from Pioneer Co-op last year to help

us with the planting process. Our goal is to

involve as many families

as we can to keep our

gardens going throughout

the summer. Thank you,

generosity!
