Dear Suntree Families,

Here we are nearing the end of another school year - it seems like only yesterday I was

writing a “Welcome to Suntree” letter. It is amazing how quickly time passes. As I reflect on

the past months, I am in awe of what we have accomplished. Despite the many challenges we

encountered, our students, parents, and staff worked hard to achieve the goals we put in place

at the beginning of the school year. This dedication and sense of community is what truly

makes Suntree Elementary a great place to learn.

Please take a few moments to review the FSA testing dates for May listed at the

bottom of the page. Remember: it’s imperative on testing days that your child receives plenty of

rest and eats a nutritious breakfast. Whether an e-Learner or a brick and mortar student,

ALL testing will be done on campus.

Please note, the last day of school is Thursday, June 3rd. For our 6th graders who will

not be returning in the fall, I wish you much success in your future endeavors. For the rest of

our students, I hope you have a fun and relaxing summer - please take time to read and enjoy a

good book! We look forward to seeing you in August!

End of Year Medication Procedures

• All medications must by picked up by an adult.

• Students are not allowed to transport any medications.

• Medications that are not picked up, will be disposed of at 11:00am on June 3rd.

•The intent to return forms for the

2021-22 school year will be sent via blackboard May 1st in a google form - it will also be posted on the

website.

•Registration paperwork will then

be sent home with your child in the middle of May. Please fill out

and return by June 2.
